THE WORLD seems like it’s about to swallow Shean. That is how she feels. She could not open social media accounts for fear of seeing the fruit of the shame she had committed. She was still under the shower even after long hours of bathing. She feels like it was only the water that she could hide. She was experiencing so much shame just right now. She felt like bashers were all around her. She doesn't even know if her erotic novel will be sold because of the scandal she gets in.

I somehow found myself reading back this book to try and get myself back into the story to get the motivation to write more of the sequel and it was shocking how many times I cringed reading this book back! I do forget that I finished Shy when I was 16 years old. Six years on, I think it's finally time to rewrite and update this book so I can read it without cringing so horribly at 16 year old me. I hope by rewriting this it will get me back into the story and I can continue to write more updates for Defeated. In the meantime, enjoy the rewritten version of Shy called 'Shy (Rewritten)'! It will be updated bit by bit and will not be uploaded all at once! But I hope you like it!

Not just any meme, me, Zane, and Landon photoshopped into a disgusting threesome, covered in crude stickers and comments. My heart throbbed with pain, my fingers visibly shaking.
