Vlad and the others around him laughed. I recognised most of them. Greyson, Tyler, Vlad and there is another man also whose name is still unknown to me but I recognised him because I saw him with Shane at the club when we first met. He looks just like Tyler but the only difference is, his hair colour looks natural blond. I guess they are twins. "Are you going somewhere?" Jessica asked Shane still maintaining her hard look on Nate. Awe! Poor Nate. "Yeah, just some usual work," Shane replied and then shifted his eyes towards me burning me under his gaze. I ignored his look by looking at others even though my mind tells me otherwise.

I explained to Paige. What the hell was happening? “Then why did Ryan say that he wants to be with you?” Paige fumed. “Because he’s an idiot.” Shawn spoke in a duh tone. Maya, Hunter and I turned to look at Shawn. “I actually have to agree with that statement.” Maya shrugged. “Me too.” I said before turning back to Paige. “I can just tell you that I haven’t talked or even seen him in days.” I told her. “I don’t care what you have to say. You need to fix this!” Paige sneered.

Ryan waved at all of them before wandering from the locker room to the showers. Shane sat on the bench for the longest time, trying to summon the energy to move. Part of him wanted to stretch out on the hard plank and fall asleep right there. Another part knew he’d be more comfortable back in his hotel room. A smaller part of him considered driving straight back to the city tonight, but he shrugged off the idea.

Ryan is standing beside the treadmill machine, listening to Shane talk about God knows what. Ryan's brows are tightly knitted, his curly hair looking very dark, with few strands stretching down to his left eye. His pink lips are firm, setting his face in a usual frown, and his stance is so attractively confident. Shane's eyes slid to mine, noticing me. He smiled pleasantly at me, I returned the smile, sending a small wave of hand to him. He tapped Ryan's shoulder with an amusing smirk "Your girlfriend is here" He said loud enough for me to hear.

Riley vigorously shook her head, glaring at Haley with a mix of anger and resentment. "Principal, she's trying to frame us without any evidence. She's deliberately setting us up!" "Oh, really?" Haley shot them a meaningful look, then gestured towards Shane standing behind her. "Mr. Ford, the phone." Shane casually retrieved his phone from his suit pocket and handed it to Haley. Xena and Riley watched in disbelief, their eyes wide with astonishment. During their journey here, Riley had learned of Shane's identity from Xena so she knew just how out of reach Shane was. In fact, since his arrival, Riley had been too intimidated to even steal a glance at him.

Ryan revealed. "Things had not been easy for me, Axel, and the boss after that. So, I wasn't planning on getting into a relationship that soon. Axel and I planned to live single lives for a while, but he met Shauna." Ryan chuckled before remarking, "I guess things don't always turn out as we expect them to be... In a good way.
