The Alpha’s Dead Wife is Back

The Alpha’s Dead Wife is Back

BOOM. The sound wasn't just noise; it was a physical force that rearranged the atoms in the room. When Ethan shifted, the sheer release of Alpha energy combined with the volatile "Soul-Fire" he had borrowed from the bond created a shockwave that shattered every piece of glass in the vault. The display cases exploded. The ancient artifacts rattled and cracked. And the wall—the three feet of reinforced concrete and star-metal alloy designed to hold back a nuclear blast—crumbled like wet chalk.

365 DAYS AS HIS WIFE

365 DAYS AS HIS WIFE

Adequate. I came back to the glass. Hit it once — dead center, full force. A vibration through the handle. No break. Hit it again — same point, slightly higher. A crack appeared. Horizontal. Spreading outward from the impact point across the surface of the glass. Third hit. The glass exploded. Not inward — outward, the water behind it doing the work, pushing the shattered pieces ahead of the rush as everything came out at once. A wave of it, spreading across the concrete floor in every direction.

Blood and Betrayal

Blood and Betrayal

—to interfere with the subsonic hum of the drone. The air between the house and the water began to shimmer and distort, a visual representation of the two frequencies clashing. The glass shards in the studio began to glow with a strange, internal light. The vibration in the floorboards stopped. The pain in Maya’s crying shifted to a confused whimper. The blue orb on the drone began to flicker. The frequency I was creating was feeding back into their emitter, an architectural loop of sound and light. With a final, ear-splitting crack, the drone’s emitter shattered. The blue light vanished, and the machine plummeted into the dark waves of the Pacific.

Echoes Of A Shattered Heart

Echoes Of A Shattered Heart

The slap—a sharp, resounding crack that echoed through the thin walls, stealing the air from my lungs. I froze, the sound rattling through me. My hand instinctively went to the doorknob, gripping it so tightly my knuckles ached. My mind screamed at me to move, but it was as though my body had been glued in place. A single second stretched into an eternity before my instincts roared to life. Without a second thought, I lunged for the door, throwing it open with all the force I could muster.

The Echo of The Moon

The Echo of The Moon

The singing of the scouts stopped as if a throat had been cut. The Silence of the South had finally spoken. The Price of the Threshold The feedback hit me like a physical blow. With the siphons destroyed, the massive energy I had channeled had nowhere to go. It surged back up the glass spit, hitting my chest with the force of a tidal wave. The glass shattered.

THE DAY I SLAYED MY VAMPIRE LOVER

THE DAY I SLAYED MY VAMPIRE LOVER

He jammed his finger down on the emitter’s trigger. A wave of invisible, crushing pressure slammed into the room. Cattleya screamed, her ears ringing with the sound of a thousand glass panes shattering at once. The vampires didn't die; they shrieked in agony, their bodies convulsing, their skin blistering and turning to ash where the sonic waves hit them. The room became a kaleidoscope of chaos”shattered relics, dust, pulverized stone, and the desperate, thrashing forms of the undead.

Will Bear the Moon

Will Bear the Moon

The music, the murmurs, the shifting of fabric—it all fuses together into a maddening, endless roar. I become aware of my hand, but it doesn’t feel like mine—just a pale shape at the end of an arm that trembles of its own accord. The goblet is slick and foreign against my palm, as if it’s no longer connected to me. I watch it tilt, slide, and fall in slow motion. The shatter is brutal. A burst of glass, a ringing crack, the sound like breaking bones in the sudden quiet that follows.

Elegantly Wasted

Elegantly Wasted

Glass shatters against the door, followed by her scream—raw, visceral, filled with heartbreak. I sigh, making my way to my office, needing the burn of whiskey to drown out the sound of my woman breaking.

This end is terrible. I strongly believe there is a volume 2 or part 2. I refuse to be left hanging and thinking of a million ways the whole thing played out. Patiently waiting for volume 2............

Ravens of Eternity

Ravens of Eternity

Waves of force spread outwards and caused the trees along the clearing’s edge to sway and get pushed back into the trees beside them. Both Claire and Max were thrown back a dozen meters and were both stunned by the sound. The sheer energy of the soundwaves wrecked their eardrums. It sent them to the very brink of losing blacking out. Miko and her drone were flung back and thrown to the ground as well. Her body rolled around a bit until a bush caught her, and stopped her from going any further. Amal was also pushed back and knocked down to her knees. Only Eva was able to stand her ground. But she too was deeply shaken by the sonic attack.

By the title itself, it was already something that would hook anyone immediately. And after reading a few chapters, indeed it was great. I really love reborn books/novels and I am not disappointed one bit at all! Love the Mc by the way.

It's great to read a book that the first scene is in outer space. Eva is calm, strong and you describe the background well enough to make me imagine it figuratively. Nothing to complain here. It's just perfect :)
