Soulbound
A voice — Avery’s voice, but older, layered with something vast — echoed from within.

The mirror shattered outward. Shards suspended midair, spinning in slow orbit around her as if caught in a gravitational pull. Each shard reflected a different image — cities collapsing, rivers of souls flowing backward, the sky breaking apart.
Veyra screamed and thrust her hand forward, releasing a surge of pure command — her essence slamming into the air. The shards froze, then dissolved into dust.
