The streets were quiet, the morning sun casting long shadows across the cobblestones. They wandered, unhurried. Old bookstores beckoned with worn spines and inviting dust, antique shops displaying delicate porcelain and tarnished jewelry. "Let's proceed with our walk, no grim reaper to take you away anymore" Lotus said, putting her down. Anita led the way while Lotus followed. The bright streetlights and the moon sitting on the sky plus the stars kept fascinating her and she won't stop staring at everything.

It's a lot more than leaves. There's a lot more weight to it and you need to really concentrate." Gladys explained.

When she looked up, she was already slowing down, her gaze snagged by a narrow storefront she’d passed a dozen times without ever really seeing. SAM I let my eyes wander around when Phoenix ushers me outside the car. This place is an old books store which is renovated in to a big and modern one. Many well-known authors used this venue for book signing events. A woman around my age approaches us wearing a bright smile on her face. “Mr. Williams, Ms. Anderson, good evening! Please, follow me.” I am surprised to hear my name, and I grin at her in return. I feel Phoenix’s hand gripping my waist. “Let’s get inside, beautiful.”

Emma stepped into the bookstore like she was entering a chapel. The bell above the door chimed softly, and the familiar scent of old pages and new bindings wrapped around her like a blanket. Jake and Lila followed behind her, their footsteps quiet on the wooden floors. A table near the entrance displayed the new releases. Front and center, stacked in neat rows, was her book. The Language of Quiet. Her name below the title shimmered faintly in the morning light streaming through the windows.
