Keine Sorge, ich komme zurück, sobald sie entbunden hat. Du trägst schließlich mein Fleisch und Blut.“ Die ganze Nacht wachte er vor Scarletts Kreißsaal. Erst beim Anblick des Neugeborenen in ihren Armen erinnerte er sich an mich. Er schickte Marco, seinen zweiten Mann, um mich freizulassen.
