By chance did they create this monster? Shhh!! Don't think too much. My dad won't commit these kinds of sinful activities, neither Uncle Hayle does. I flipped the page one by one finding every detail is boring. It's my tenth time that I'm reading this book since I came here and I want a change. Wait.. Today morning Rakesh gave me a book, isn't he? Yeah! Yeah! But where I kept that book? Ahh! How careless I'm. I dug my bag but there is no trace of any book except 'The Heil Hunting Monster' that I'm currently reading.

Where in Goddesses name was I? My clothes had been changed to a long nightgown which was rather comfortable. Perverts. I cursed jumping from the bed to the arched window drawing the velvet drapes back. I hissed as my eyes adjusted to the blinding morning light. The trees seemed to stretch on forever were all pine. Shocker, that explains the scent at least. The only thing in sight was a lake and what looked like a small town as smoke poured from a chimney curling out to the sky. I was in the middle of nowhere.

That is what I thought but… it would be more scary if I did find something weird on it. I sometimes watch movies like when the protagonist finds a mysterious room inside the killer’s house and ends up having tons of dead bodies in it. Oh, I remember one manhwa about a killer who likes to peel onions so that the smell of the blood will not reek off him. He liked his neighbor who is a newspaper writer, he invited him for dinner but ended up discovering a room full of dead bodies. It was an amazing story actually. Hah, I now wonder if his library has some stories like that.

I opened the book and began to read the first page: Everyone knows the small town of Telluride, where the people are mysterious, where you can get lost and no one is surprised, where the strangest things happen and no one says anything, why? What is hidden in Telluride that its inhabitants are used to or afraid of? On my journey through that place in 1890 I discovered everything there could be, strange creatures, magical places and devilish people. "That's it, let's go" Lucas appeared behind me making me jump.

The sounds I could hear were so far off. My smelling ability was off the charts....but what was that delicious smell? It smelled like the woods after a fresh rain. I sniffed the air and howled again. I ran in the direction of the smell and came to a small cabin. My whole body shaking - the smell was intoxicating and I couldn't stand not knowing where it was coming from. I yipped as I looked around running around the cabin. It had to be coming from in there. That's when the front door opened. I crouched behind a thick bush wanting to know where the smell was coming from. That's when he walked out of the cabin. I yipped again and jumped out of the bush wagging my tail.

The unanswered texts were easy to write off as him being busy, but the lack of connection between them when he was around was alarming. She gazed at the open chat which showed he had read her messages wondering if her own secrecy had pushed him away. Today marked a year since he first spilled coffee on her and while she hadn’t mentioned remembering, it was a turning point in her life and a day she would have liked to spend with him. The big case she was working on was going well, the defense was strong, but the evidence she collected from the District Attorney in New York proved advantageous and would without a doubt tip the jury’s decision in her favour, which relieved some of the stress sh

He began hitting the door and called for help but no one answered his cries. Joe fell to the floor and was starting to lose feeling in his muscles. He held out his hand in desperation and touched the door with his finger. His touch seemed to somehow unlock the door from inside. The bolts clicked open and the padlocks broke off and the door creaked open. Joe got up and ran out of the cold room. He ran along the corridors and whenever he got close to a door, it would open by itself. His palms were as bright as the sun and he looked at them with confusion.
