Silly Book Names Novels & Stories

I grab one of the books out of the first book bag I see and say, “Well, Alpha, do you mind if I sit in your office and get to reading?” He takes the book from my hands and as he does and I see which book it was, I wish I had been a little more mindful of what I was picking. It was titled, “No Rest for the Wicked” and it had a half-naked man on the cover as he leans in to kiss a woman in only her bra. He smirks as he hands the book back to me and says, “Sure, enjoy your reading, P.” I bashfully take the book from him while Violet chastises him over the nickname he picked for me, "She isn't urine, Donny! Don't call her P! Think of something better than that."

Chapter 65 Solitaire... I didn't know why Solidad named her Solitaire. Solitaire is not a bad name, but I don't like the meaning of it. Nevertheless, I need to focus on the things I need to do with Solidad and her daughter. I gritted my teeth as I watched Solidad beg in front of me. She was asking for forgiveness and more time with her daughter.

his voice trailed off and the table became quiet. "Sasha! My name is Sasha." I spit out and left. It wasn't a very graceful exit as my belly was ridiculously large. I don't know why I got so upset. I reached the library and grabbed some nonfiction books from the stacks. One about fairies, one about mate bonds, and one about omegas. These were more informational books than stories, which weren't as much fun to read, but I needed to stop feeling like I was a total idiot.

Mud pulled at his ruined shoes but he barely noticed. The cows had names. Daisy, Buttercup, Old Blue, and a young one she called Trouble because he kept trying to skip the fences. Sadie scratched behind each set of ears like they were oversized dogs and told him which one gave the richest milk and which one thought she was a person. Theo stood there and listened. He had never really cared about cows or if they had personalities, but right then he wanted to remember every name.

Veldrin’s eyebrow slightly raised, his gaze became curious and, at the same time, worried. “Why would I laugh at my Queen’s well-thought-out choice? Unless, of course, you plan to name him something outrageous like...Moonny or Goofy?” I smack his arm lightly, trying not to laugh. “Moonny? Goofy? Really? What kind of mother do you think I am? Those are silly and cruel names for any child to have, let alone a prince!” He chuckled and gently caught my wrist before I could pull away. He drew me closer, too close for me to feel his warm breath on my face.

Holly took the paper and glanced through the names again. Then, she seriously said, "I thought they sounded nice. Squishy is so cute, and Little Man sounds strong and easy to take care of. Bear sounds like a fun little name." Bryce thought about what he wanted to say. "Can we think of something more elegant? We can take inspiration from poems or songs. "You've read a lot of books since you were young, so it shouldn't be too hard for you to come up with an elegant name." "We can do that for the child's actual name. Nicknames should just roll off the tongue."

As if vampires and fairies really exist! “What?” Eli asks, ripping his eyes away from the book. “Nothing,” I dismiss with a shrug. I balance my romance book on the armrest next to me. “I was just thinking that your book looks really silly, that’s all,” I tell him with an air of nonchalance. I brush my hair back over my shoulder and begin to fidget with a loose thread from the chair. I’m bored out of my mind! “Silly?” Eli asks, an amused, yet offended, look taking over his handsome face. “I beg your pardon, dearest, but my book is anything but silly.”

“Silly Prince!” A nickname that made Aaron laugh genuinely for years. A fact that he never expects to do and experience from someone else, but Cath. “Whatever you like, Silly Princess.” “Silly Prince.”

I hurried out of the bathroom and found her crying. She was sitting on the bed with her books on her lap. I went to her and sat beside her. "Neha, why are you crying?" I asked in a sweet tone. She looked at me and quickly wrapped her arms around me. "I am not ready for the exam. I don't want to attend my exams." She replied and buried her face in the crock of my neck. I rubbed her back and picked up her book. I smiled because I knew where she actually got stuck.
