Astrid’s POV: My saviour witch, Helena, stood in the center of a circle of candles, each flickering with a different colored flame. With her eyes closed, she chanted in an unfamiliar language, causing the air around her to shimmer and twist as if reality was bending under the immense power of her spell. Suddenly, a burst of energy erupted from the circle, sending a shockwave through the room. When she opened her eyes, a small object materialized in her hand, glowing with an otherworldly light.
