I asked King Izzoth, “The war is starting, isn’t it?” He nodded, “It is. That would be why it is only you, your Grandma Gaby and me down here. I’m only in here to help you look for targets. After you finish that dagger, let’s get to the windows.” I nodded and finished up the dagger and stood up. He took me to the windows that are directly under my bedroom window. "Required." Reaching the room first, my character slashes at the skeletons as I jab the button with my index finger. My sword is better than Hudson's — I've been playing longer than his thirty minutes — and it only takes one or two strikes for me to take each skeleton. On the couch beside me, he's tense as it takes more effort to kill his attackers and Hudson sustains additional damage. "Ahhhh," he yells, leaning to the edge of the couch. I laugh, using my sword to break apart the machine spawing skeletons. "See, screaming is definitely required."

I brandished the bone saw so the skeleton could see it, then began to lower it. “Which one should I start with?” I said, gliding it along the skeleton’s ribs. “Your arm? Or maybe I should go big and start with a leg.” The skeleton squirmed beneath me, but I was far stronger. Skeletons were the lowest form of the undead; without muscle or flesh, they were incredibly weak compared to most other supernatural beings. Becoming an undead skeleton was a punishment brought about by angering a witch, not a blessing of eternal life like a vampire -- although, some would argue that vampires were more cursed than blessed.

All heads turned as they walked in. “As you just saw, they easily dispatched the small army that attacked us with ease.” Orion spoke with ease, calming the crowd. On the screen behind him, there was satellite coverage of the building outside. The withering bodies of falling Slendermen were still visible. “And this is just the tip of the iceberg. If Holly had any questions on why no one tried to stop her, it was all explained when she reached the outside of the building. Skeletons, more than she could ever count, swarmed over it.
