Sky Landers Novels & Stories

Lydia pouted as she continued, "I wasn't paying attention. Who would've thought a bike bump could lead to a concussion? In Ameristan, people usually slow down on their own." Trevon gave her a fleeting, detached look. A flicker of worry crossed Lydia's face. "Trevon, with Skylandia's tight deadlines, isn't my accident going to set us back a lot?" Skylandia was the latest venture from Trevon's gaming empire, Xystos Tech, and Lydia had returned to lead the art on it. "I won't stay here. I have to get back to work," she declared, attempting to get out of bed.

“This is a sacred ceremony. Whatever you have to say can wait.” “It can’t wait!” Sarah placed both hands on her belly dramatically. “I’m carrying Darius’s child. The true heir to Blackhowl. This ceremony should be stopped. I should be recognized as the rightful Luna instead of Kiera.“

The estate stretched behind them like a sleeping beast, silver clouds drifting over its spires. For a moment, none of them spoke. The moon hung low, heavy, almost close enough to touch. Evelyn turned to Lucien. “What happens now?” He looked up at the sky. “Now?” “Now that the truth is out.” His eyes caught the moonlight, silver and burning. “Now we find out if we’re the first to survive it.” Behind them, deep in the house, a voice whispered through the broken comms system—static laced with words that weren’t supposed to exist anymore:

Then I looked through the oval window. The jet accelerated down the runway. The force pressed me back into the soft leather. My stomach fluttered as the wheels left the ground. Geneva began shrinking beneath us. Buildings became blocks. Roads became lines. People became invisible. The convention center where everything had changed became a tiny gray speck in the distance. I watched until I could no longer see it. Reaching across the console, Sean slipped his large hand into mine. “We did it,” I said softly. Snow-capped mountains broke through the cloud cover beneath us.

All the men were staring at me head to toe, some even whistled. Hayden let out a warning growl, telling them not to stare at his mate. I walked down and took Hayden's hand. "Stunning." He whispered to me. I blushed. "Today we are here to present my mate, Annabel Ferrars, as the new Luna. " He turned to face me. "Annabel Ferrars. Will you sacrifice yourself to protect your pack?" "I will." "Will you uphold your title as Luna and do your duties with pride?"

An obsidian stone is inside my seal, and the guards fall over themselves to let us inside once they know who I am. The wall is ridiculously tall, made of thick, reinforced steel. I crane my neck back, move my hair back to see it all. The portly guard pulls a lever, and a portion of it lowers. Clunky and groaning, the ice flys out, the gate forcing its way open. The gate lowers completely, warm water slowly trickles out, and the inside of Estate Eclipse is steaming. I grab onto Dante and he helps me past the blocks of ice until we cross the other side of the gate.

"Not the same kind you have. You have movies and dramas. We don't have that much entertainment where I came from," For a moment, the alien looked a little sad. "The entertainment here is crap. Nothing to be envious about," I told him. "Nothing entertaining ever happens where I came from, so while I'm here and they haven't found me yet, I am going to enjoy the hell out of your planet, Earthling." his eyes lit up and he looked like a little kid looking forward for an adventure. Wait, who is "they" and why are "they" looking for Cy?

After drowning in the sweet memories of the day's event. Skyler reached the pack house in no time and started walking towards the entrance after he had parked his motorcycle. Only then did it occur to him to put a check across to Liam and Landon to make sure they were on duty. He mindlinked Liam first but there was no response. He then mildlinked Landon but ended up with no response from either of them. A dreadful feeling came upon him and his wolf stirred uncomfortably. Skyler's blood immediately turned cold at the realization that something had gone wrong.

"ah!!!!!!!!!!" I couldn't care less about the pain coming from my calf, so I jumped up and tried to climb up, but there was no place to climb on the wall of the pit, and the only depression on it was the unreadable seal script, which seemed to become more clear after being stained with my blood. Probably too much blood loss accompanied by excessive shock, my brain began to confuse, and fell back heavily, desperately looking at the moon hanging in the night sky, cursing the son of a b***h who tricked me into coming here.

I asked. "They're all my close friends," Ikaros said. Then he leaned close to my ear, his warm breath caressing it. "They're my pack." Pack? "I'm the Alpha, remember? And soon you'll be the Luna," he said. I furrowed my brows but said nothing more. And then, with my father, we walked from the entrance to the altar, receiving very enthusiastic applause from Rose and Jay, members of Ikaros' pack, and my mother.
