Sleeping Beauty In Once Upon A Time Novels & Stories

The sleeping beauty is finally out of her tower. She ignored everyone and skipped toward me with a bright smile. She hugged me tight, reminding me of Eliane's words. Her hugs were indeed like an energy booster. I couldn't help the smile that crept into my face. I wasn't alone anymore. She kissed my cheek, winking before sauntering toward Luca, just in time to be introduced. I dared to look back at our royalty just in time to see the king help his mate to one of the chairs. Soon, my mind was bombarded with hundreds of questions, giving me a headache.

“If she doesn’t want to be woken up, why are you disturbing her?” “You don’t get what I am saying. She’s impulsively induced to sleep. She has been like that for days now.” “Wait, you mean your sister has been sleeping for days without waking up? Is it related to the story of the Sleeping Beauty? If it is, why is her mate not kissing her to wake up? Doesn’t she have a mate?” “Are you kidding me, Miss Fury Autumn? I’m being serious and you are taking it as a joke.” “You are misunderstanding me, Ian. I have never heard of someone sleeping for days without waking up except in Sleeping Beauty's fairy tale. What could be wrong with her?” Autumn queried.

We walked into the main living space, and I turned to my men. “ Go fetch a platter of food from the kitchen and bring it to our chambers.” Without haste, I closed the door behind me while Meara huffed and scolded under her breath. I gently sat her down on the couch. Giving her a smile, she crossed her arms in frustration while I poured us some drinks. “ Now, Sleeping Beauty, surely you know something about mates and destined love since your spirit animal, Merilla, has a mate.” I handed her the drink, which she just stared at.

She yawns again. He smiles at the adorable face, which is Peter’s carbon copy. He begins his story by saying, “Once upon a time there was a beautiful little princess, who lived with her mother, the queen…” I sit at the foot of the bed, watching them in silence, while Peter raises an eyebrow at me, still talking.

Pouting, I could tell she was close to crying, “Just read it to me, mama.” I took the book from her, it was titled Sleeping Beauty, and then I started reading, “Once upon a time, in a far-off kingdom, a beautiful princess named Aurora (also known as Briar Rose) was placed under a sleeping curse by a wicked fairy named Maleficent. The curse was meant to punish the king and queen for not inviting Maleficent to the princess's christening.” I paused and then continued.

Victor threw a small crystal sphere onto the ground. It exploded into blinding white light. Beauty covered her eyes. The cavern shook violently. When her vision returned... Everything had changed. The battlefield was gone. The guardians. The lake. The throne. Alex. Everyone. Gone. Beauty stood alone in an endless white space. A little girl appeared before her. She couldn't have been older than eight. She had silver eyes. Long black hair. And she wore the same pendant Beauty had inherited from her mother. The child smiled sadly.

She didn't know what hatred feels like as she had only received love from others. As the descendent of the moon goddess that she is, her beauty is bewitching. Her blue eyes have the power of hypnotizing anyone with their beauty. Her maid Lhea saunters into the room to wake her up. She is not allowed to sleep past seven. "Wake up, lady Sabrina, " Lhea nudged her gently. She groans in irritation and rolls over to another side. Lhea picks a beautiful gown from the closet and puts that on the table. Sabrina is still snoring.

I murmured, stepping closer. She did not respond, her focus entirely on the bed. I froze as realization dawned. She was trying to climb onto the mattress, the very thing she had stubbornly avoided since her arrival. I stood there, watching as she dragged herself onto it, her body trembling with the effort. When she finally settled into the bed, it seemed to come alive, shifting and wrapping around her like a protective cocoon. Her breathing began to slow, her pale cheeks gaining a faint blush of color as our enchanted bond worked its magic.

"Help me add salt to the meal." Anastasia nodded as she opened the pot, her body block the pot and she turned back one last time to make sure he wasn't looking before she carefully take out a wrapped leaf from her sleeve, and inside was a white powder. The powder was made from a flower called Sleeping Beauty, and it is pristine white in color, and just like its name, it has the ability to put even an Alpha to at least 30 minutes of sleep, it was said that as long as the right quantity is added, an ordinary werewolf like the guards would sleep for three days straight.

Why is he shaking his head? Behind the doctor, I see his nurse tucking in the girl under a thick white comforter. The rays of the breaking dawn stream into the room through the stained glass windows and cast a pale haunting glow on her. Believe me when I say she looks like a sleeping beauty. But I am no prince, and no amount of true love’s kiss can wake her up from the poison that Clyde cursed her with.
