I followed his gaze and felt my eyes widen in surprise. Wolf after wolf began to make an appearance, trotting towards us slowly before stopping a good ten feet away from us. We all watched in surprise as the crowd began to grow bigger and thicker as many continued to howl and growl at the sky. Many vibrant coloured furs surrounded us. From black to brown to white and grey, all these wolves stood tall before us until we couldn't even make out where the crowd ended. Then they all began to part and make way for this one specific wolf, who was as tall as Axil and wore the same-coloured fur. I immediately knew who it was.

I check the nursery first, making sure the pups are all settled and there aren’t any problems, and then I walk outside to the tree line and strip down, letting Minka take over. As an Alpha wolf and as a Guardian, Minka is very large. As my mother and father’s daughter, my wolf is gorgeous. I’m not just saying that because I’m biased, but because Minka is a white wolf, which is extremely rare. Even Malin’s wolf, Keena, is more golden blond than Minka. Both are exceptionally rare, but my mother and I are the only ones that I know of that have truly white wolves. So, it’s no surprise that the warriors recognize me as soon as I run up.

She continued to stand. I searched her face, nothing to be found as usual, she was great at keeping her secrets, “alright then. My patrol had an interesting discovery in the forest last night. A white wolf with glowing blue eyes by the river.” Tasha nodded and sat down, not saying a word. “What do you know about it? I remember the stories you told me when I was a pup. Are they true?’

"Star doesn't have the same wolf spirt as a normal wolf, I don't know how to explain.. but White wolfs have an extra unique glow about them like an Aura." When I thought back on it, several times I had noticed a slight hugh of green to her like a bright light. Yet not really noticeable to the naked eye. All males have wolves, they normally announce themselves between age 15 and age 18. Females may find their wolf on their 18th birthday or when their mate marks them. But not all females have a wolf to find. I stopped swimming after my 50th lap and floated, simply enjoying the chill of the water and the peace of the lake. I floated for a few minutes, knowing I should head for the shore but just enjoying the calm morning as the world woke up.

I would most likely turn out to be a delta with purple eyes or a gamma with orange eyes because we subjects are usually either deltas or gammas, only royalties or people with noble blood in their veins turn out to be alpha, betas and omegas.
