851 AD The first snow of the winter was building on the horizon, casting out its tendrils of freezing winds to clear the way. Harvest was well and truly over and the men had returned from their hunting trips to now help with the final touches in securing the Pack's dens for the winter. The season could be cruel here but the wolves had learnt how to fare against the harsh conditions without the aid of the human settlement some fifteen kilometres to the south. But that was because the Northern Star pack had something that other packs didn't; their Luna was a witch.

I mumble, shaking my head from sleep. "Let's ski!" Hannah shouts loud, making Ryker and everybody around us flinch. "Let's go to the top and do a shot." Lina exclaims happily, eyeing the bottle of Amaretto in Ryker's bag. A cold hand suddenly wraps around my neck, and I tense instantly, thinking it's Jace.

I see the wolves are starting to advance towards us. I take a deep breath and look at my ice again. As I focus on the snowflake that forms in front of me it shimmers. Then, in a flash of white light, the ice melts and the snowflakes form again. I watch in amazement as the snowflakes dance around me for awhile, and then, as though being pulled by a magnet, start heading towards Starkev's army of wolves. melting some on their way. I lift my head and send another burst of ice shards flying towards them, freezing them where they stood except Starkev and the cloaked man. I raise my hands once more and the icy shards turn into spikes, sending them flying towards the men. In less than a few seconds

I ended Smile in a few seconds. After the three of them died, I started to deal with Snow. Compared to me, Snow’s had better equipment. In general, a player in an orange suit like me was unable to beat the player in a purple suit. However, I had a complete victory in the battle with Snow. I used my movement to make Snow unable to release a single skill. Every time Snow wanted to release a skill, I dodged. The system would prompt Snow that Snow had gone in the wrong direction. Before she had any chance to touch me, she died.

It just raised its sickle and slashed toward the center of the ice and snow formation. This slash was extremely fast, surpassing time and crossing space. Killer clicks the boot open as I get there. The two of them start unloading the stuff in the boot. I see the ice-cream stand on the corner and my mouth waters. “I’m getting ice-cream. What flavour do you guys want?” I ask them. “Mint,” Killer says as Zero says Vanilla. I started working part time at the Night Club owned by the Satan Snipers. It earns me some cash. Zero doesn’t like me working at the club but he doesn’t have a choice in the matter since River offered me the job.
