Chapter 10 Alpha Dominic’s POV I knew Claudia was smart, but clearly, she’s been trying to undermine me this entire time. I knew it. My eyes flashed as I looked at my son, and then over at Claudia. I knew that Kiara had been trying to cause dissension in my pack. Douglas, my Beta, had already warned me that the same thing we were watching in my office was on every screen in the pack. The memory was stopped, so I know that there’s more to come. But I needed to say something.

Theo shakes my hand and sends a kiss to Mia before heading back to his table. "What was that all about?" Mia wanted to know. "He traffics girls like you." I snare at her. "I might accept the offer when he sends it." I mock her mimicking Theo as I send her a kiss. "That is not funny." She looked horrified. "I don't like it upstairs. Achille said I should have fun and this is not fun. This is boring." She rises to her feet in the air bringing them down quickly as she pushes her body up.

"My soul? Is that what she did to me? Do you know what it is called?" I hit send and after a few seconds the computer dings again and this time the email reads, "It's the Soul Eater. Surviving off of our souls, she gets everlasting life and the only way to get yours back, is to kill her. She has been around for thousands of years and will continue to take people's souls unless someone stops her." Typing one more reply, I send it and a notification comes up, "Unable to send. Please try again."

She walked slowly, confidently, like she already owned the place… like she already owned him. “My family has been allied with his since before he became Alpha,” she continued. “Our mating ceremony was supposed to happen after the next council meeting. Everyone knows it. Everyone expects it.” I looked at Dorian, my eyes burning. He didn’t deny it. He just looked… conflicted. Ravina saw it and laughed bitterly. “See? He won’t even deny it to you.” My chest felt like it was caving in. So that was it. I really was just… a guest.

Alice leaned over the steering wheel, already in position. I adjusted the seat backward to leave more space for myself. I gently parted her legs and let my tongue trace slowly along the delicate seam between them. Alice couldn't hold back anymore and began moaning, sometimes softly and sometimes loudly.
