I can see better, I can hear for miles, I can smell literally everything. Being a vampire is so weird. I never thought any of this stuff was possible, but here I am. Living a vampire life and it’s surreal.”

“You don’t have to be ashamed if you need my help.” A few moments later, Ingrid arrived with Selene. In Ingrid’s hand was a small glass bottle filled with a dark red liquid. “I figured as much,” said Ingrid, holding out the bottle. Lucas took the bottle. “What’s this?” “Fresh deer blood,” Ingrid replied. “Young vampires usually find it easier to learn self-control using animal blood.” Lilith immediately stepped back. “I can’t do this, Ingrid. Like the drop of a hat something comes over me. “You know what,” I slide the tray fully back onto the counter, “I will take a drink. Surprise me; just make sure it’s strong.” My head jerks in Maxwell’s direction, “And I have a feeling that he would love his drink to be extra bloody and maybe a Victoria instead of a Mary. Marys seem too uptight,” I interrupt. What kind of vampire can drink Bloody Marys anyways? Is the bartender in on his secret and he adds a little something extra to it when no one’s looking?

Tom blinked, the speed at which the vampire moved stunned and confused him. “You were right Suzanne, I am a vampire.,” the vampire’s voice startled Suzanne. He had allowed his voice to change and to deepen, it resonated with his incredibly long life and Suzanne could feel the power of it. It greatly intimidated her, but she would not let him know. She stared at him, her gaze deadly.

The elder vampire turned around, with the gun still in his hand, and pulled the trigger. Mason's eyes widened and he gasped as the vervain bullet pierced through his skin and became lodged in his chest. He staggered back and fell to the ground, unmoving. Harley screamed as Demitri pulled the trigger two more times to triple the dosage of vervain; making it impossible for Mason to break through.

I hadn't even realized they had dropped. I stroked the length of him until he was beyond porn star big. His eyes closed, and he sucked in a sharp breath. I liked knowing my touch caused him to moan and shiver. If I didn't feel him inside of me soon, I wouldn't need him to make me come. I wasn't afraid anymore. Tony has been around for decades. I'm sure he knew how to please a woman without hurting her. I was a Vampire, and I was pretty confident that I would find a way to fit every inch of him inside of me.
