A Werewolf Said.

A Werewolf Said.

The inscription on the drawer read 'staffs only. “The greatest Alpha in the werewolf history.” He read the title out as he did always. Like almost all the books Yugo have him, it was old. This one had a green book cover, a thick book jacket that had began to peel, not the greatest sight. The book had weight. As usual, he opened the last page to know how many pages. It was numbered in Roman numerals so he couldn’t tell how many pages but it was certain that it was over a thousand page.

The Moon's Descendant

The Moon's Descendant

Zelena. I opened my eyes slowly. The sun was already shining brightly through the window. I reached my arm behind me and felt around the bed. I sat up quickly and looked around the room. Gunner wasn’t there. I took a deep breath and yawned stretching my arms out. Wait, my chest didn’t hurt. I twisted my back from side to side waving my arms in the air, my ribs didn’t hurt at all. I got up from the bed and walked around the room, still no pain. I noticed the bookshelf and decided to take a look. There were so many books, some with older worn covers and others newer looking. I picked up a small red book and read the cover ‘A Lycanthropy Reader; WEREWOLVES IN WESTERN CULTURE’. I flicked through

The story is really good! The writer seemed to be learning how to tell the story from two perspectives. At first the author rewrote whole scenes but listened to readers and adapted it a little better. Still some time jump with perspective changes. Zelena has so many powers it seems a lil contrived.

This book was so well written! it caught my attention from the start and kept me hooked continuously! Some parts got confusing during the 2 POVs when something happened in 1 but not the other. If this was published on paper I'd buy it. What a fantastic read ! well done ! Im off to read part 2 ☺️

The Rejected Goddess

The Rejected Goddess

Micha nodded in understanding and we continued searching through thousands of ancient books. Then we saw it. Another book—this one titled: "WARS OF THE REALMS." We looked at each other, excited. But we braced ourselves, afraid it would be blank like the first. I opened it— And the book didn't open. The cover was iron mixed with wood, heavy and old. I tried again. Nothing. Micha suggested we burn it. Maybe melting the metal would open it. So we threw it in the fire. Nothing. Not a scratch.

Dragon Prince's Heart

Dragon Prince's Heart

He realized the uniqueness of the hard and thick book cover. "The cover of this book is made of dragon scales," shrieked Draco stifled. "Is it true? Could it be, this book is what we are looking for? Maybe there is a clue in it,” said Astrid enthusiastically. Her eyes were sparkling with pleasure. "This title means Dragon Prince's Heart," Draco said as he rubbed the embossed title on the cover. Draco opened the cover of the book and found blank pages of old, yellowed paper. Gradually appeared an inscription on the page that was written in an ancient script.

This is my first time reading a fantasy story, and I love it. the narrative really brings the reader into the story. Ah, I'm annoyed at Draco who is a little arrogant (sorry) and sorry for Astrid who is willing to be pursued in order to help Draco. why should he be fascinated by a black dragon like

Geez, Sis. I cried. Why did Albus so cruel to separate Astrid and Draco? At first, I burst out laughing because I read that a dragon can drink beer, but after a while, my tears flowed without me realizing it. Well, It turns out that Astrid had fallen in love with the black dragon. Poor Astrid. Why?

Anything For You

Anything For You

He spared her the manners, the phone still tucked at his ear and Scarlet at the other side. “Aunt Carol, could you describe the cover of that book you asked me to find the other day?” Emerald threw the question at Carol. Carol huffed and narrowed her eyes. She inspected Emerald's face and his phone. This was serious. “The book is incredibly old. Ancient. Like it’s the first book in the world. So old. The size is huge too. Empress used to keep it over the mahogany table. There is a dagger tucked in the cover smeared with some blood that is dried. But Empress never touched it again. There are some patterns of golden lines everywhere and rose. The rose is dried, but it is fragrant. It…” Carol w

Raven - The runaway wolf

Raven - The runaway wolf

He informed me as he held it out for me to take. I delicately took it from him when I saw how old and fragile it looked, with the binding of it covered in dust. I stared at the cover which was a dark blue, and an engraved Golding band around the edge with a sketch of a black wolf in the middle. Just above the wolf it said, ‘The sacred wolves of the night’. “Are there any books on the other breeds of wolves?”. I asked him curiously. “No, just that one, and if you give it a read, you’ll soon find out why”.

The Wife He Forgot: Ashes to Empire

The Wife He Forgot: Ashes to Empire

"ASHES TO EMPIRE: Breaking Free from a Legacy of Violence" By Jaxon and Isla Winters. We each took a copy. Held it. Felt the weight of it. "We wrote a book," I whispered. "We really did." The cover was beautiful. Simple. Powerful. Dark background. Our title in bold letters. A phoenix rising from ashes. Perfect. We sat on the couch and read it. Cover to cover. Every word we'd written. Every truth we'd exposed. Every moment of pain and healing. It was surreal seeing it in print.

Luna of the Menae

Luna of the Menae

He tilts his head with concern when I look back at him. “Just promise me.” I wipe the tears from my face. “Please.” “Okay, I promise won’t get mad.” He shakes his head, not understanding why he would need to promise that. I take the dragon scale gloves from Pan and carefully unwrap the leather strings holding the bag closed. I reach inside and grab the massive book by the spine. I wait a moment to prepare myself before I slide it out onto the crystal stand. I take a sharp breath when it comes into view. It’s just as beautiful as I remember. The cursed black leather cover has a sheen of iridescent purple when it hits the light. Instead of a leather binding on the edge, I sowed it with golden

I am so glad we get for of Kas and Bronx and all their friends. The storytelling is exciting and the characters are complex and evolving. There is quite a cast of characters but the author does an amazing job of introducing them and only including necessary information so that you are not confused.

What a cliffhanger. You are an amazing writer. The series would make a highly rated movie. I would love it, only if they would let Neener Beener write the script. Others commented on the research and it's amazing. Does anyone know if this series is available in paperback? I need to buy 6 books.......

THE ALPHA'S CURSED LUNA

THE ALPHA'S CURSED LUNA

No one has been here in years. I walk to the nearest shelf and pull out a book. Shadowfang Pack Records: Year 47 to Year 89. Too old. I put it back. The Lineage of Eastern Wolf Packs. Not helpful. Bloodlines and Curses: A History. I freeze. Curses. I pull the book off the shelf. It is heavy. The leather cover is cracked. The pages are yellow and brittle. I carry it to the table and open it. The first page shows a drawing. A symbol. A crescent moon wrapped around a broken crown.

Eclipse of the Pack

Eclipse of the Pack

The air was rich with the scent of aged paper and leather, a comforting contrast to the acrid smoke that haunted the streets outside. I moved slowly through towering shelves, fingertips skimming the spines of long-forgotten volumes. Titles embossed in faded gold hinted at lost wisdom: Histories of the Old World, Chronicles of Unity, Legends of the Phoenix. The last caught my attention—a striking cover depicting a phoenix rising from a blaze, wings spread wide.
