The two projectiles lodge themselves onto each wrist as Ursa drops her shining net over her Uncle’s head. His final, last-ditch plan to save the world, which is pretty much like his original plan, just a lot harder because they have so stupidly fought him for so long. This time, everything has changed. Everyone comes around to his point of view because there's no other choice. They're dispatched all over the world with keys in hand. Keys that can activate the backup network he spent over a decade building. Seven of the Ten arrive, activate their keys, and return to Control in triumph.
