This Time, I Will Not Love You

This Time, I Will Not Love You

"Whenever the wind blows, I remember the song." "The song that you made and created for so long~" "As soon as the wind stops, so does your voice." "Still, you're my sunshine, though no one knows." La la, la la la, la la la, la la... La la la la, la la la... La la...

Lily
A bit confusing at the beginning but this is a very nice story. Read every chapter till the end and it’s a good ending. But I’m a bit curious what happen to marco and hera after they heard the news that kianna died in car accident.

A good story. The switches between past, present and her two lifetimes were a bit confusing but in general I enjoyed the narrative and the development of the mystery of her death and the birth of her new love! Well done author!

Field Team 42: Paranormal Responders

Field Team 42: Paranormal Responders

First came the wind. The wind howled like a thing alive. Even though I was anything but cold in late May in Arizona, the sound of that howling wind chilled me and made me think of winter storms of the coldest winters and most frigid places I had ever lived in my life. I remembered when I was a kid, my parents had moved to South Dakota, just twenty miles south of the border with North Dakota, for a year because of my dad’s job. That year, of all years by chance, had been a record-breaking coldest winter South Dakota had had for the previous one hundred eighty years. That had been cold. Although it wasn’t cold, the wind howled like the winds of one of those South Dakota storms. It didn’t chill

The Billionaire Who Bought Me The Moon

The Billionaire Who Bought Me The Moon

The wind speed was jumping in a pattern that made no sense for a storm. "Did you see that?" Miri asked. She was sitting at a desk made of old wooden pallets, her fingers flying across a keyboard. She was the group’s visual specialist: she could look at a blurry photo and see things no one else could. "The weather flare," Jax whispered. "It’s Adrian Vance; he’s using the SOS pulse."

TORN BETWEEN ALPHAS.

TORN BETWEEN ALPHAS.

I scoffed. An idea came to my head. The wind was heading south. All I need to do is get to the balcony first. “Where are you going?” Killian asked, but I ignored his question. Dashing into the mansion, I set my sight on the balcony. Many of the pack maids had gone into hiding and most of the soldiers were outside. By the time I arrived at the balcony, I could see the wind headed for the south as predicted. Stretching my hand forward, I closed my eyes and whispered more prayers “Come on Moon goddess, control this element and let it stop”

Wolfbitten

Wolfbitten

I may as well have been drunk or high for how out of it I was. The drive blurred past, mile after mile without me registering a damn thing. My foot was heavy on the gas, but I hardly cared. The only thing that snapped me back to reality was the sudden, brutal gusts of wind that slammed into the car, rattling it off kilter. When we finally pulled up to Sophia’s modest-sized family home, the windstorm greeted us with full force. The same high winds that had cancelled our flight down south now howled through the open landscape, lifting loose snow and whipping it into chaotic white spirals.

This book is so good and the writing is superb! This is the 4th book in the series and it is just as amazing as the other 3. If you haven’t read them, I would suggest reading the other 3 first before reading this one so you will get to know the characters. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Only the Sea Breeze Remembers

Only the Sea Breeze Remembers

He broke down crying, like a child, curling up in the chair and hugging the frame. I watched him for a long time. Then, I lowered my head and kissed his forehead. A dead woman’s kiss had no warmth and no sensation. Yet, he suddenly opened his eyes and looked into the empty air, as if he felt something. “Wendy?” he asked softly. “Is that you?” I did not answer. Souls could not speak. In the final moment, I saw him reach out into the air, trying to grab hold of something, only to catch the sea breeze.

Off the Ice

Off the Ice

There was only the steady, rhythmic pop of burning cedar and the occasional howl of the high-altitude wind sweeping across the granite crags outside. "The wind’s picking up," Liam noted, his voice quiet, carrying easily in the intimate acoustics of the room. He set his empty bowl down on the floorboards, leaning back until his spine rested comfortably against Jaxson’s solid chest. "Storm coming in from the northern shelf," Jaxson replied, his deep voice vibrating right through Liam’s ribs. A large, calloused hand came up, wrapping securely around Liam’s shoulder, pulling him a fraction of an inch closer until there was no air left between them. "Good thing we banked the woodpile this morning

That's What I Know

That's What I Know

Akihiro settle himself in the single rattan chair in front of the wooden carved table. "So what's the deal for today?" I ask and sit on the chair across from him. He looks at me and straightens his sit "You don't sound Avileigh at all" he reply instead of answering my question. I sigh and turn my gaze to the flowering garden of my mother. "I still can't remember anything..." I started "Are you even sure that my memories are still there?" I ask with a hint of doubt in my tone. I didn't hear anything from him, silence enveloped us as the wind blows even more making the plants sway on their rhythm. It's kinda fascinating to watch how everything seems so fine when I on the other hand is not...

Where the Wind Lost Its Shore

Where the Wind Lost Its Shore

She nodded, shivering as the wind screamed around her, huddling in her coat for what turned into three long hours. Darkness swallowed the sky, and she finally got through to Colton's phone. "When are you coming back?" she asked, her voice quivering against the howling storm. However, the line was dead silent. After what felt like an eternity, Colton's voice came through, icy as the winter chill: "I'm not coming back. The car's gone. If you want to return, you're on your own." "What are you saying?" "It's your punishment," he said, his voice a frost she had never felt before.
