The Mark Of Orathyn

The Mark Of Orathyn

Neither Evren nor Pearl spoke. Their attention stayed fixed on the enormous stone doors rising before them, unlike any entrance they had encountered since arriving in Orathyn. There were no warnings carved into the stone, no symbols glowing with ancient magic, no locks waiting to be opened—only two paths, beginning on opposite sides of the doors, winding slowly toward one another until they met at the very center. Pearl stepped closer, studying the carving. "It isn't showing two people walking apart," she murmured. "They're finding each other."

Rejected Luna's Vengeance

Rejected Luna's Vengeance

Looking up, she saw the phantoms clashing against the newly arrived griffins—the phantoms wreaking havoc along their way as their slimy-looking yellowish skin glistened under the rising sun while their long swirling tongues dripped with the werewolves’ blood. Soleyah was too familiar to them. In that tunnel, she had seen these creatures. They were mindless and weak, no matter how many they were. Different from crawlers, skinwalkers, and phantoms, orcs were created by Merlin. She had fought with them along the way to the place she sought so she knew how easy it was to kill them, but seeing that the sparse werewolves were being pushed back—she knew that quantity mattered.

Games of Invictus

Games of Invictus

"Not much until I get a detailed map. There are generally two roads. The long road goes through a system called Anvil 206. The system is heavily fortified and is a frontline in the struggle against the Ork menace. I can go deeper on that subject later. The shorter and faster route is the 'Orar passage'. It is a direct route, practically a straight line towards the system. However it brings us very close to the GrailDark Nebula which hides mainly Chaos Raiders and Eldar Corsairs. Orks will be present in that area as well, but compared to the others, they are less of a threat." Howard continued: "We know a bit about Chaos, or at least where they come from. What about these Orks you mentioned?"

Reborn: The Duke’s Unbothered Villainess

Reborn: The Duke’s Unbothered Villainess

I was going to take every stone, every secret from this cursed place and make it mine. We ventured deeper into the rift’s scarred valley, and that’s when we heard them—low growls, followed by heavy, clawed steps echoing against stone. Then they emerged. A tide of orcs poured from the mist, their green-gray skin marred with jagged black scars and mana corruption. Their eyes glowed white. Magic-fused. Twisted by the rift’s power. They charged. I didn’t wait for orders.

Killing The Moon

Killing The Moon

They drove south, past the border. Into the ruins of Old York. A city destroyed in the last war. Now it was a skeleton of concrete. But underneath... Life thrived. Arielle drove into a collapsed subway tunnel. Guards stopped them. Orcs. Huge. Green. Ugly. "Toll," the Orc grunted. Arielle rolled down the window. She didn't pay. She flashed her black eye. The Orc flinched. "Void?" he whispered. "VIP," Arielle corrected.

Magnus: Dragon Prince

So from what Rex saw, they were loading quite aggressive-looking orcs into the cages, they might be ferals, hence the cages to keep them contained, “Are normal orcs like us?” “Hardly, there are not many orcs in Dracoterrum anymore, Ean used many in his battles with your father so much of the orc population were killed, after the blood wars they relocated to a place no one knows about, so to see them here again is quite surprising” Kealy answered. Walking in through the palace guards, who looked at Rex and Kealy with odd expressions, bowing to Rex nonetheless, as they passed through one guard asked his companion, “Oi, you remember seeing them leave?”

This is actually a book! Most of the things I read on here have chapters consisting of 800 words or less This on the other hand has chapters that are 2k words on avg. plus the content is amazing. It could use a better editor cause there are a few gramatical errors, but overall, its my favorite book!

Very good world building, intriguing story, and decent characters. I'll be honest, I was just glad to find something on this app that wasn't smut. can't wait for more chapters, I've become very attached to the storyline and want to explore the world more.

Her voice echoed in the empty castle. "This looks creepy" Hadiya added scurrying after her stupid friend. Hadiya was the one paranoid friend everyone had in their friend group but even she couldn't deny the fact that Zoya's adventures were worth the risk. "Are you kidding me? Look at this- OH MY GOD...... THERE'S A INDOOR FOUNTAIN!!!" She exclaimed running off to the fountain she saw from afar. The pillars around it were covered with vines and moss and the pot of the fountain was all green because of algae.

Jenni

The rest they say is history My attention is brought back to the present when my daughter and her mate walk through the door. They stop directly before us and I motion for them to take a seat. “Okay Jen honey, want to tell me what this is all about?” I ask as they get settled. Teddy looks up at me with haunting eyes. “Marcus has stated he believes that we should wait to do our mating ceremony, And Jen and I are afraid you’ll agree.” “I see, as I have stated to Marcus, I understand his concerns, as we dont know nearly what we should about Oracles, but I also reminded him that the last oracle to grace or pack was in fact married with pups of her own and was still receiving visions.” I lean bac

Ultimate Sorcerers

Ultimate Sorcerers

Amidst the flickering candlelight in her grand chamber, Constantine stood before a gathering of her fellow witches. The room was charged with an atmosphere of palpable tension, and the air seemed to thicken as she began to speak. "Witches of our coven," Constantine's voice rang out, commanding the attention of all who were present. Her eyes, gleaming with a newfound darkness, surveyed the assembly. "As your Supreme Sorcerer, I stand before you with grave news. A prophecy, one of ancient origins, threatens our existence."
