One of them rose slowly and walked toward the front, asking the driver for a lighter. The driver frowned and snapped impatiently, "No smoking on the bus!" Before he could finish, a cold metal barrel pressed against his temple. The driver's initial anger froze into terror as he saw the gun. For a moment, he couldn't react—then a sharp scream tore from his throat. Suddenly, the bus screeched to an abrupt halt. At the same time, the man in the camo hoodie beside Ryan stood, revealing another gun pointed directly at everyone on the bus.

His chest heaving, he looked at the bus. Then deviating from the normal, instead of fleeing and calling for help, the two raced towards the falling bus. It was an instinctive reaction for the both of them that Fernando could not explain. Thankfully, both of them were fast. The old man was the stronger one between the two and thus he was the one who stopped the bus in front. Sam ignored the wounds on his forehead and left side. After grabbing a huge stone, he broke the glasses on one side of the bus and assisted those inside in exiting.

I tease and he smiles happily, “Yes! So I can always protect you and Daddy!” He puffs his chest in his car seat, and I smile with pride. “The bad guys better stay away, my son is Spider-Man!” I cheer, and he nods with pride. Alex chuckles next to me, and for a moment, everything feels oddly...normal. Easy. Like we’re just another family going out for dinner or ice cream. But then we turn down a familiar road. My smile fades. No. It can’t be.

“He will be here any moment and I doubt he will come alone.” The driver didn’t need to be told twice. He put the car into drive and pretty soon, we were speeding down the highway. I knew it would only be a matter of time before we got to our destination so I began racking my brain for any possible means of escape. All of a sudden, the idea came to me. “Please, stop!” I yelled out loud and all heads turned to me, questioningly. “I need to pee.” They clearly found my outburst amusing because they were now smirking at each other ridiculously. “Can’t happen, woman. This bus is not stopping until we get to Trevor.”

David hides behind a thick trunk. He hears a lot of spitting sounds as the bone spider continues to release a barrage of sharp bone daggers. Then silence. David peeks out of the thick trunk and he sees Bob angrily stabbing the spider with David’s bone knife. The creature tries to shake off Bob but the monkey rampages on its back. Bob holds on tightly to the bone spider’s large back and continues to stab its weak points with David’s sharp bone knife. Eventually, the bone spider stops moving as Bob manages to pierce its head by hitting a weak point on the skull. The bone spider falls flat on its body as Bob drives the knife deeper.

“Thank you thank you thank you, Mom! I love it so much!” Sidney pressed her hands into his back and tumbled into their embrace, the moment inflated by his joy. This is what she had purchased with all her money, the fleeting feeling in this split second. The hug ended, and Cameron hurried back to his bed, snatching up the near life-sized Spider-Man and clutching it instead. Yet he was still smiling, so it was still worth it. “Are you hungry, buddy?” Sidney asked. “Yeah, starving,” Cameron answered without looking up. “Dad said you would feed me dinner.”

Worse yet would be a jump from a building as tall as the Stratosphere. The Vampire was almost back to the landing. He held onto one rung, swinging back and forth, reaching with the other hand, trying to secure his placement. Jamie was closing in. Like Spiderman, he leapt across the void, landing near the Vampire and grasping one of the spiraling pieces of metal near the leg where the Vampire hung. Through Jamie’s IAC, she saw the monster pull back his lips, barring his fangs, and hissing in a frantic bid to save his undead life.

When he came back he had candy and popcorn and drinks for all of us squeezed into his arms. I grabbed some from him to make it easier as he sat back down. Ivy and Lex had chosen the very front but being this short I couldn’t really see them beside a little bit of Lex head poking out from the top of the seat. The lights turned low and the surrounding sound picked up loudly as the movie began, I think all of the guys decided to skip everything in order and watch one called spider man, there was some green goblin man in it. This young guy turned into a human soider and shot webs, it truly was crazy, I didn’t like spiders at all.

Despite his size, he didn't stand out in the crowd because he was way too relaxed, blending right in. Something's odd, Brigail's "spider sense" was tingling as she discreetly watched the man she labeled as the "Hulk" as she pretended to fish for something in her bag. Eli was walking at a leisurely pace along the sidewalk. With his height, Brigail could easily keep an eye on him. Then it happened. The Hulk was so fast, Brigail almost didn't see it. With a small stun gun hidden in his enormous hand, the Hulk tasered a poor, unsuspecting medium-built man leaning by the doorway of Taco El Gordo.

Just like what I saw last night, his body was toned and perfect. Several seconds passed, and we waited for Lazarus to resurface, but almost a minute passed and he still hadn't come up from the pool. I noticed that Law, Laki, and Ruin were no longer there. I hadn't realized when they came in. A servant approached us and handed me a white towel for Lazarus before quickly leaving. "Spiderman!" The tension in my chest eased when Lazarus finally surfaced, still holding Zon's toy. I stood up and lifted my son as Lazarus stood in front of us. He handed the Spiderman toy to Luzon while his other hand smoothed back his wet hair.
