He asked as his brown eyes stared at me. “Tuesday?… wait, don’t tell me” I said to him as he smiled at my expression. “You remember?” He asked cheekily. “Of course, how could I forget. Batman versus Superman… the movie is being released today.” I stated. His lips turned downward as his smile vanished. “Oh. Yeah” He muttered sadly as I began to feel bad. “Wanna watch it with me?” I asked him. “Yeah, I guess.” He answered with s shrug as he focused on his breakfast.

Jeff scanned their faces. “Jeff.” Kevin made his way to his son’s side and viewed the lifeless bodies. “What have you done?” While his father spoke from what seemed like miles away, Jeff replayed Mr. Drake’s final word. He hadn’t understood at first but was now transported back to the teacher’s lecture: ‘Many spiders have spinnerets that aid in putting out silk for their webs.’ Everything came into focus like someone adjusted the ring on a pair of binoculars. She was nothing but a traitor now. "I'll be outside boss," Spider said. Not waiting for my reply, he made his way out. I picked up the stun baton—thick, black, and buzzing with voltage. And the second I flicked it on. The sound alone made her scream, like her body already knew what was coming. "Kaden, please...don’t, don’t do...," Her words shattered into a scream. I jammed the baton into her bare ribs, the crackle of electricity surging through her bones as her body jerked like a puppet on snapped strings. Her mouth flew open in another scream, eyes wide, tears flying as she thrashed against the ropes.
