Merging with him, I embedded myself into the center of his spirit and together we confronted the approaching choppers. We moved as one entity. A hand clap sent a derecho that caused the choppers to swivel, unable to proceed. Our windy clapping continued until we had the helicopters swirling near to the open terrain.
