DANI “Is this what you want?” He stood before me, eyes blazing. His intimidating figure towered over me, imposing control. His expression was beyond fury. The tension in his shoulders showed otherwise. I instantly sensed violence. It was everywhere. I felt a monster lurking. I felt his rage, and it was overwhelming. I wanted to back away, but my feet were rooted to the ground.

Once they had retreated far enough, Mane just stood there with his arms folded and his expression displeased. “Great. I got blood on my robes.” He muttered in a disgruntled manner. His voice which was normally soothing was like the scathing scales of a horned dragon, rubbing against the skin of those who heard it and causing them to fall back in greater fear. The groaning and moaning of the struck filled with with unease and terror, and they dared not take a step forward; only backwards. “Let me make this more appealing to you,” Mane chuckled upon seeing the formerly fearless men and women developing some fear.

And then my eyes catch on a figure standing slightly apart from the others. He's leaning against a wooden post, arms crossed, a study in contained power. Unlike the others, who are loud and animated, he is utterly still, a statue carved from shadow. The torchlight catches the severe line of his jaw, the unruly shock of dark hair that falls across his forehead. He's tall, broad-shouldered, filling out the simple training tunic in a way that speaks of coiled power. There's an intensity about him, a palpable aura of danger that sets him apart even from the other warriors. He isn't just confident; he's lethal. A wolf among wolves.

The door to my office bursts open, slamming hard against the wall, the sound echoing through the otherwise silent space. On the other side stands Alexander, his eyes blazing with a fury so intense it’s almost palpable. His face is severe, every line of his expression taut, as though he’s struggling to maintain even a shred of control.
