Humbling Owen-Kyle

Humbling Owen-Kyle

Someone nearly drops their chair. And in that moment, as the entire class reacts around us, one thought flashes through my mind with absolute certainty. I’m going to die. But at least I’ll die with my dignity intact. Amid the laughter and noise filling the room, even with that reckless thought echoing in my mind, my eyes stay fixed on Owen’s back. It’s gone completely rigid. And then slowly, he turns around. The movement is deliberate, controlled, like he expects me to take back what I said the moment his eyes meet mine. Like he’s waiting for me to laugh it off or pretend it was a joke before he completely turns around.

Dumped by Ex , I married his Uncle

Dumped by Ex , I married his Uncle

His voice was calm, controlled. A low chuckle came through the line. “Come on, Uncle Ben, is that any way to greet family?” Jake’s tone was laced with amusement, but there was an underlying menace in his voice. Ben leaned against his desk, swirling the whiskey in his glass. “We both know we’re not family, Jake.” “True,” Jake admitted. “But we do share something in common, don’t we? Or should I say, someone?” Ben’s eyes darkened. “If you called to waste my time—”

Claimed By My Ex's Uncle

Claimed By My Ex's Uncle

But Carlos’s manly scent enveloping my existence trembled my heart, he was wearing the same perfume as the last night. Before I could calm my racing heart, Xander’s response hit me out of nowhere. It threw me for a loop, as he said. “Uncle, how can you side with an omega?” Uncle? The Moon Goddess on the bike, what the hell was happening here? My lips parted in a silent scream as I stared at Carlos unblinkingly, reeling in astonishment. Xander’s words continued to hammer my head. “I am your nephew, facing marital abuse for so long. Shouldn’t you side with me, Uncle?”

perfectly written novel. the opening chapters got me hooked so much. I can't stop reading. the character description and the way scenes are explained, it feels like I am literally watching it like a movie. great work, author. it's a lovely novel. can't wait to read more.

The book is really good, but I am very much disappointed by the fact that the author releases only one chapter a day. But nowadays we don't get even a single chapter everyday. Author, please do update the book everyday even if it meant to read a single chapter everyday.

The Omega's Revenge Against Her Lycan King Mate

The Omega's Revenge Against Her Lycan King Mate

He asked and I chuckled dryly. " And did you even make proper research before concluding that the Moonfire Pack was involved in her death? Your dear Uncle Unkar got rid of her with the intention of killing you as well and taking over the Pack and you foolishly believed him and suspected the wrong people, " I revealed and his breath shuddered. " No, you're lying. Uncle Unkar would never do that to me, he loved mom like she was his sister, " he uttered, shaking his head to believe what he wanted to.

"Everything you think you've done was nothing but a servant doing his or her given duties." The official with his head buried to the rocky grounds noticed the darkened figure walking towards him then he shivered, sweating all over then slightly wet himself. "When I mean right, I meant perfect." the darkened figure stood also right under the dimly lit from the moon above as he revealed himself as... 'Dryad's uncle.' "Tell me once more. How on the world did Hunter Oshoshi died? And you know he will be of a great asset to us, if he joined."

The Heiress Reborn

The Heiress Reborn

"Uncle Owen, I was wrong. I never should have left home. I shouldn't have hurt you for an unworthy man. I'm so sorry." Owen Lowes, a man hardened by years of service, felt his gruff exterior melt away as he saw the tear-streaked face of his niece. He knelt before her, the polished medals on his chest glinting under the harsh overhead light, a stark contrast to the trembling girl huddled in a chair. His large hands, accustomed to wielding a rifle, were surprisingly gentle as he pulled her into a loose embrace. Her sobs, raw and guttural, echoed in the sterile room, a stark symphony of grief and bewilderment.

The Transcendent Zombie System

The Transcendent Zombie System

Lucas said frankly, looking as calm as ever, "Just so-so." Seeing the expression on Lucas' face, the Young Leader of the Celestial Gem Hall, Owen, couldn't help feeling incomparably furious. Owen said indifferently to Lucas, "Brat, do you know what will happen to you?!" ... Lucas smiled. He really couldn't figure out why there were so many narcissistic good-for-nothings in the world. "I don't know what will happen to me, but I do know that..." Lucas looked at Owen indifferently., adding, "You will die."

I genuinely love this book, only problems I have with it is the fact that he never actually travels with the people he gets to join him (hattie Mia etc) I wish there were more interaction between them all. second is that there are only 2 or so chapters a day....I have plenty of coins to waste...

I believe no updates is due to the platform not the authors themselves. Many of the books I’m reading are not updated as well. It is possible the authors are not able to upload their chapters on the platform

My Husband’s Pregnant Mistress Is Also His Fated

“He admitted he planned it.” “He planned pieces,” she answers. “Not the design.” Lucian speaks slowly. “If not him… then who?” Aria’s lips tremble. “The one you buried.” The room feels smaller. “There is no one buried,” I say. “There is,” Lucian whispers. “There was.” I look at him sharply. “Say it.” He hesitates. “Cassian.” The name burns. My uncle. Dead twenty years. Killed in a border revolt. I shake my head. “He died.”

"Yeah, I'm still trying to dig up more information and plan—" "He's done." Dad interrupted. "What?" Maven's shock is the same as mine. "He is died." Uncle said. "Rhysand del Millero finished him off, and I'm one hundred percent sure that man was tortured by him. Rhysand never let he die in peace." I opened my mouth, and my heart raced even more. The streams of blood under my skin ripple with anticipation of horror and terror. I don't believe it. I don't believe it.

Return of the Billionaire's Ugly Wife

Return of the Billionaire's Ugly Wife

His entire family had been wiped out in an instant. A week later, at a private family funeral in Jakarta, Oscar stood in front of three closed caskets covered in white flowers. The rain fell lightly, as if nature itself was mourning. A coffin for Olivia. His beloved younger sister. A coffin for David. The hero who saved his family, only to die betrayed and silenced just as he was about to start a war of revenge. And the smallest coffin, for Daniel. His nephew, who was only 12 years old, whom he regarded as his own son, whom he should have been hugging alive right here.
