Knowing she could not dally anymore, she shouted, "Okay, okay! I will tell you the real truth now! Just stop!" Laura's dark skin now seemed to sag, weighed down by the crushing burden of her secret. Her grey hair appears dull and lifeless, like a veil of shame cast over her face. Her brown eyes, once warm and loving, now filled with tears, brimming with a deep remorse that threatened to spill over. Her voice trembled, a barely audible whisper, as if the words themselves were toxic, poisoning her very soul. "Tristan, I, I stole you," she stammers, the words hanging in the air like a challenge, a gauntlet thrown down, daring him to confront the truth.

The vans were reduced, but there were too many things to fix in the lower City. Every so often, we would have a house collapse because of bad materials. The frame is indeed heavy, and the storage room is quiet far from her room, especially in this huge mansion filled with long hallways and enormous living rooms. She believes that she did the right decision by helping Carol carry it, but perhaps, she should’ve called someone else to help her instead of this.

The entire revenge was over now. The kids were the keys to everything. They were the next step of all the friend trap that began with their parents. The person laughed softly and said, "That's not important. What I want you to know, Captain, is that being my friend means you get nice food and good drinks. All you've got at the station is a dead-end salary." Fury flashed across Finley's face. "You piece of trash. You don't just steal their money; you make them take out loans, then threaten them when they can't pay. Your days are numbered. I will catch you." The person didn't sound angry. "Captain, you're being dramatic. First, I never forced anyone. Second, I never held a knife to their throats. They wanted to play and win big, so they could only blame their own greed.

“Who knows what next she would be stealing.” My lips broke out into a smile, and I gave out a little laugh. “What?” I asked Angus Who was watching me in disbelief. “Don’t you find it amusing?” I asked him, but he simply shook his head in annoyance. Angus was my best friend and closer than my brother. He had been with me right from time and I appreciated him. “Let’s go see this girl who thinks stealing is not a crime,” I rose from my desk and closed the sheets I was drawing on. My war plan would have to wait.

“Well, do you know what is a stealer, Ashira?” Stealer? I haven’t heard of it but there is some ring into that word. Have I heard it somewhere? The old lady took my silence as my answer and continued speaking. “Stealer is a wolf abnormality. They can produce a pup with another wolf who is not their mate. Some stealers are evil and those kinds steals the mate of others for fame, greed, or vanity.” she paused. I don’t think I need to hear some kind of useless story. Why is she trying to educate me about this stealer thing?

And having a weak friend like Sophia, she was always there for her. They're being captured by the men driving the truck, because they tried to steal from them, and it was all Megan's idea that they should steal from the truck. Being an orphan, Megan use stealing as a means of living, she steals anything that comes her way, and she also dragged Sophia to her world of stealing. Megan has always been good when it comes to stealing. She's an expert in it, but unfortunately for her, today wasn't her lucky day, she was caught and now being taken to a place she has no idea of.
