It was the way the Omega was smiling and blushing as he looked up at the scary Alpha. Sebastian found himself slowly wandering the room, looking at all the things that belonged to the Alpha: the paintings on the walls, the knickknacks on shelves, and the colorful hand-blown glass on the bookcase. His fingers ran along the books, and he noticed the entire collection was from the same author, Stephen King. They were all hardcover and looked to be in perfect condition. He wondered what kind of story those books told. Were they romantic or funny? It's been so long since he read a book. He slightly pulled back a book titled Needful Things before sighing and pushing it back into place.

She asked. "Maybe next week. Can you come out of class for a few minutes? I need to ask you something" "Ah, I don't think so Anni, The professor is in class already. I'll talk to you later" she dropped the call before I could stop her. Since I wasn't prepared for class, I didn't have any other options than to wait for her in the school premises for the next two hours. Finding something to keep me occupied, I went into the library in search of books on vampires or something similar. I was directed to the shelf that contained books on mystical beings.

He owned nearly every one of King’s books and multiple paperback copies of his favorites: It, Salem’s Lot, Pet Semetary, Christine and The Dead Zone. He paused, frowning at the black leather-bound book stuffed between It and Salem’s Lot. It looked familiar, but he couldn’t place from where. He shrugged and passed it over, searching for the model of Christine he’d built about six or seven years ago . . . 8 or 9 10 or 11?

Kyle loved watching the night fall. This was his favorite time of day, especially as he went further back in time, as he watched all the simple human folk close up their shops, board up their shutters, scurry to their homes, as if terrified of the dark. I got squeamish about bugs and snakes, but what's there to be scared of from a book?

He flung it across the room at Kyle. “It’s in there,” Aidan said, his voice drenched with regret. “That address will lead you to Scarlet Paine.”
