Mia exclaimed enthralled. “I guess, we had the same idea,” Linc explained and raised an eyebrow. There was Steven. He was a vampire. I felt a little bit disappointed, because he didn’t guess what my costume would be, because we didn’t have the same idea. But it wasn’t his fault. How could he tell what I was going to wear. But still... “Hey!” I exclaimed and he smiled, putting his hand over my shoulder. “Ready to party?” Steven asked all of us.

Steven was his best friend, and he needed him to be like Nelson. By the time the coffee was ready, Steven was getting out of the shower and Luke noticed something red on his neck. He asked him about it and Steven grabbed it for a minute and said how it was nothing. It didn't feel like nothing. It felt like there was something that Steven was keeping from him. It looked like a hickey.

**Christine’s POV** How dare he do that? Such an arrogant bastard! Who does he think he is? “I want you to stay away from him.” I look up to see Steven, angry and frantically staring at me. “He is no good, Christine. Believe me, he only knows how to destroy people’s lives; that is what his entire family is good at.” I’m confused. Steven hates the guy, but it seems more personal.
