A small tap jolted her back to the waiter who stood by the side, handing her the menu. "I'll just have strawberry smoothie." she requested. "So you're a light eater huh?" George asked. His lips were curved into a smile. "Nope, Infact I eat alot...oh did I ever tell you I'm a chef ?" She asked excitedly. "Wow! That's impressive." he exclaimed in admiration. Sarah beamed widely, feeling so proud at herself that moment. "Thank you. But well I'm still practicing my culinary arts and I just own a YouTube channel specifically for my cooking shows. " she divulged further in excitement.

‘In case you don’t have anyone to cook for you’ I said, giving him a flirtatious wink. ‘You need help with the dishes?’ he offered. ‘No I’ll be fine, I’ll just load it all in the dishwasher’ ‘Let me help’ he offered. ‘How come you cook the food and clean up afterwards too… isn’t that against chef code?’ ‘Well my brother Jamie, the chef, is notorious for using too many dishes when he cooks so my mother decided that whoever cooks has to do the dishes. It encouraged us all to use the minimum amount of dishes possible. Jamie still uses the most, but he pays other people to do his dishes for him now.’

When she brought it to her lips, I prayed to all the gods in the world to make her like the soup. “Oh my God.” She shouted. I blinked. “Ma'am?” “This is amazing.” She took another scoop, then another and another. “You made this?” “Yes,” I nodded proudly. “This reminds me of Henry Sue's cooking.” She smiled. “You know my father?” I asked, surprised. “Your father is Henry Sue?” the woman nodded as she took another scoop. “He is an amazing chef. He is the reason I'm here. I hear people from different countries come to taste his cooking.”

I asked him, his eyes widen as soon as I said that, looking at me in disbelief “Did you just question my ability to prepare a good meal?” He asked I sucked in a laugh, looking at him with a straight face “I believe I did, can you cook?” I asked again, he scoffed “Do you know what people call me? Chef Delectablehands.” He says, I burst out laughing as soon as I heard that. “Chef Delectable, did you just make that up right now?” I asked, he nodded solemnly but his eyes lit up once again.
