As Eli and I head to the border, I have an idea of what this is. Over the past couple of months, both Cara and Angel have had, mostly vampires but other supernaturals as well, come to pledge their allegiance to the Guardians of the Realm, as they call us. Word of Angel's imprisonment and the Guardian's defeat of the vampires has spread quickly.

Angela’s POV “Who are you?” I asked him while I’m clutching the blanket on my chest. He smiled at me sweetly. “I’m Cleidon. I’m your guardian angel.” I furrowed my brows at him. “You? My guardian angel? Are you insane or what?” “No! Believe it or not, I’m really your guardian angel. The almighty descended me here to save you.” I rolled my eyes and took the ballpen on my side table and pointed it to him. “You are a robber, aren’t you?” I took a step back. “Or maybe, a r-rapist?!”

The girl smiled at the old nun, Sister Ally. “All this, we're truly thankful to God because he gave us a guardian angel that can help us.” She said. “Guardian… Angel?” curious, she said. “Ahh, guardian angel because the kids here call him that.” “That seems like a long story?” “Oh, you said so.
