Stuck In A Video Game Book Novels & Stories

I turned over to the next page or I tried to. As if it had become stuck, the page did not even move. Furthermore, the rest of the pages couldn't be accessed either; they were like they had been glued together. I decided not to force it out of fear that the pages would tear. The suspicion was that Wise had glued all the pages, but it was not possible since even if he did not want me to take the book, he would never do such a thing. Could you please tell me why I cannot read the next page or any other page?

So I made a short video (THRILLER)of this book, and I don't know if I can show u all on F******k. I promise you are going to love it 😁😁 Await it okay. I want to do a small promotion for it. 😚😚 You'll see your characters come to life. You'll see Scarlet, Damien, Kayla and some others too. Stay tuned 😁😁

But no, none of the books were that way. My eyes moved over the books and settled on the limited edition games at the other end of the room. From electronic games to a simple chest set, still arranged in a pattern that suggested it was played recently. While I examined the set and the surrounding area for anything that was out of the ordinary, my hand knocked against the table, and a queen tumbled down to the floor. "Fuck." I cussed under my breath, bending down to pick it up, when I caught sight of something just slightly out of the ordinary.

As if they are some futuristic weapons. Shrugging, I sit down on the silo chair and desk in the room. There is a feather and ink as well as a big book. I try opening the book but it is stuck. I try to pry the pages open but it is a futile attempt. The book just won't budge.

What the hell am I gonna do? My curiosity brings me to the bookcase. This is a castle after all. Maybe there’s a secret passage. No that’s too obvious. I try to pull a book out but it’s stuck. They’re all glued into the shelves. Maybe they’re not real books? Instead of pulling I push on the bookcase and it swivels. I’m a little nervous about what I might find but at this point it’s my only way out. Here we go.

The text under the image scrolled like captions: ROUND 3: CARNIVAL. AUTHOR STRAIN: MODERATE. PLAYER LOSS: ACCEPTABLE. I snapped the book shut. The image folded in on itself and vanished. “These are… logs,” I said. “Narratives, the way *it* tells them.” “Correction,” SML said, pulling a volume labeled GAME CITY – MINI-GAMES from the shelf and flipping it open. “It’s fanfic. Bad fanfic. Look at this.” We leaned in.

I was still able to feel the tension pressing against my temples and the back of my head but they weren’t as intense as they were this morning. My eyes fluttered open and I forced them to stay open. I looked around the bedroom and couldn’t find Phraser. I moved to the next room where a huge TV was placed on the wall. There he was, sitting on the couch with a controller in his hands, playing a video game. He was playing something that looked like CS but I couldn’t tell since I called any game with guys holding guns on ops as Counter-Strike. It was the only game I’ve ever played.

My hands flying over my keyboard, I wanted to contact them, bargain with them, they were quiet for Two weeks. My phone vibrated, it was a video, Fourteen videos to be precise, they were from an unknown number, probably burner phone, my heart rate increased as I slowly clicked on it, the fear that I wouldn’t like whatever I saw. They watched Elsa put in my keypad security lock code and that was how they were able to get in.

As usual, trying hard to get out of it. "You're staring." "How did you see me?" His fist clenched, and he pushed himself up. "You know what, I'll just be on the other side or something. There's this video game..." "What video game?" I arched a brow at him. "One that isn't your business." He snickered and turned. I sighed, massaging the side of my head. Not like he was the most overwhelming person in the world. But just as he reached the edge of a rack, about to turn and be lost until we were found, a key rattled outside... as though it was being shoved into the door.

Imogen It’s so late and really, I ought to go to sleep but after watching the game on my small television in the apartment and getting into bed, I started reading and once I am stuck in an Elsie Silver book, well that’s it I am hooked and that old adage comes into play, just one last chapter before bed. Only, in my case it was right until the end of the book and since I had only started it the other night, of course I finished it and now it’s already nearly midnight.
