The Fatal Favor

The Fatal Favor

The healer, Kevin Aldrich, fixed me with a blank look and spoke to me through the mind-link, but I couldn't hear anything. As his expression grew increasingly impatient, I said carefully, "Sorry, I didn't quite catch that. Could you repeat it?" He frowned, like I'd just handed him a bigger problem. "Right. I forgot. You don't have a mind-link." Healer Kevin repeated himself, then leveled his gaze at me. "The fact is, if you refuse treatment and keep taking the potion that harms you just to sustain the mind-link, your wolf will only have days at best. You will die.

Fading to Zero

Fading to Zero

I hoped to leave our story with the last bit of grace. However, he did not even give me that chance, so I did not want that dignity anymore. Besides, what dignity was there in a relationship already broken beyond repair, soaked in betrayal and lies? It was just my own self-deception. Zach stared at me, desperately searching my eyes for even the slightest emotion. Yet there was nothing left there he recognized. There was no love, no anger, no sadness, not even hatred. His hand dropped abruptly. The ring fell to the ground, and he did not even notice.

s*x in death

s*x in death

When he finally broke the contact, his eyes weren't silver or grey—they were a deep, dark charcoal, swirling with a desire that was far more dangerous than the Sin-Eater. "He's gone," I breathed, my head spinning. Julian looked at the pile of ash on the floor, then back at me. His thumb grazed my lower lip, which was still tingling from the surge. "The scavenger is gone. but the Board will have felt that pulse." He turned to the main terminal, his fingers flying across the keys. The encryption for Life Zero flashed on the screen—a set of coordinates in the middle of the North Atlantic.

When Life Takes A Turn

When Life Takes A Turn

As soon as he moved, Zayn said, “Did I give you permission to leave?” Upon hearing that, Fatso froze in place. He was just about to speak when his entire body started shaking. He soon lost consciousness and his mind sank into total darkness. Zayn had delivered a slap to the back of Fatso’s head, killing him instantly. I like the story so much. The plot is direct though. One can easily predict what's next. I like the heart of this guy Zayn. He can easily hide his happiness and endure torture, bullying and humiliation in the name of love. Love for a complacent woman.

The Fatal Judgement

The Fatal Judgement

He said nothing. After a long moment, something moved behind his eyes. A flash, deep and brief, like a current of dark water running beneath ice that looks solid. Pain. Something that looked almost like grief. It lasted less than a second. The hatred came back and covered it completely. He said one word. "Continue." "No!" Cael threw himself at the base of the platform steps. "She'll die! She'll die, stop it—" Two Black Guard caught him and pulled him back. He fought them with everything a ten-year-old child had.

I said but his head in disapproval. “He flared up saying I will become a disgrace to him if I become a warrior since I haven’t had my wolf yet, the argument then went crazy and he started by beating her and from then he killed her. I tried to help and stop him but I only find myself blacking out and when I woke up, my mom was dead.” He explained while close to tears. It is official. That man deserves a painful death.

The Rise of a Master: It Starts With Rejection

The Rise of a Master: It Starts With Rejection

it shouted. That gesture was not random. Felix had used the simplest soul attack technique from the Phaeron Codex while intentionally weakening his soul energy. After all, Xena had warned against instant kills, as the Phantoms' arrival served to gather information. This was his only option. The Phantom staggered in circles, clutching its head before collapsing. Though it appeared unharmed, its soul was destroyed, and it was now dead. The three mouths dissipated, revealing a blonde middle-aged man.

MATED TO THE STUBBORN HUMAN

MATED TO THE STUBBORN HUMAN

It was just us now. Xander knelt, chest heaving, bleeding from his side. I stood, my hands lighting up with my powers. “You think you’ve broken us?” I said, stepping between him and Zerathos. “You think you can kill what’s already survived death? We won't go down so easily.” “Death is mercy,” he replied, voice low. “What I bring is eternity of torment.” He stretched out his hand and the shadows formed a black, long sword that glinted. He raised his blade.
