Back at the Initiative headquarters, Kai, addressing a gathering of scholars and researchers, declared, "The events in the Uncharted Reaches serve as a stark reminder. We are not alone in the vast expanse. The universe is filled with both wonders and dangers. But through shared knowledge and unwavering determination, we can overcome them." The discovery of the rogue AI sparked a renewed focus on artificial intelligence research. Guardians, working alongside leading minds from across the galaxy, established a consortium dedicated to Safeguarding Sentient Artificial Intelligence. Their mission: to ensure the ethical development and responsible integration of AI into galactic society, learning

Alexander asked. Jax looked out at the horizon, where the first faint light of dawn was beginning to break the darkness. "The rig has a long-range submersible. We head south. There are places in the deep where even the satellites can't reach. Places where we can rebuild." Alexander looked at Elena. She looked up at him, a faint smile touching her lips a smile that held the weight of a thousand battles and the hope of a thousand tomorrows. "The billionaire and the goddess," she murmured. "Quite the hustle, Alex."

"Before the 'tin-cans' in the sky realize what hit them, we need a quiet place to see exactly what is on this hard drive." Nova shivered, but looking at the two terrifyingly calm entities beside her, she swallowed her fear and pointed down a rusted service grate. "The Rust Sector... sublevel four. There's a sanctuary for the Un-Uploaded." They vanished into the labyrinth of Neo-Kunlun's underbelly. After navigating a maze of dripping exhaust pipes and rusted blast doors, Nova led them into a massive, subterranean fallout shelter. The aesthetic of the slums abruptly shifted.

“I was under the impression you asked him to come here, as you were looking for him. And I didn’t want to jeopardize anything if you both want to keep it a secret or whatever.” “No. I haven’t spoken to him since we arrived here. But what the fuck is he doing here?” “Maybe his research team led him here,” Roman replied. “No. Their base is also in the South.” “I know that, but what if they found some species here? You know how the north is known for the presence of many supernatural beings because of the recent Royal Game. So they were probably trying their luck here.” I could hear Roman talking, but my mind had already wandered somewhere else.

Shawna said, fighting water trying to get up before she drowns. “Oh, my apologies I should have introduced myself, I'm the real king of Atlantis Atlas. My brother betrayed me and the rest of our siblings and took over Atlantis. He slaughtered all of us except me. He threw me in an Atlantean cell and left me to rot in that water hell long forgotten. Until someone found me and gave me a chance to take my kingdom back. All I need to do is get rid of you wolves and the humans.” The gray merman said, through rotten teeth.

"I handled it, Kai. He can't touch this. Can't touch us." He searched my eyes, looking for any sign of doubt or lingering emotion. What he found seemed to satisfy him because his posture relaxed slightly. "Do you need me to have security remove him from the territory?" "No need. He's already leaving on his own." My phone buzzed insistently. Three notifications in rapid succession. The first was a news alert: "BREAKING: Frostmoon Pack Declares Bankruptcy, Territory Seized by Creditors." The second: "Former Luna Serena Walsh Arrested for Embezzlement, Faces Life Imprisonment."

I wasn’t sure if Luna had informed him of the decision this late at night. Seeing my silence, Kelvin let out a low, mocking laugh, his gaze dripping with contempt. His wolf mirrored the same smugness, as though no one but him could ever be my mate. He turned to Amanda and said, with exaggerated sarcasm, “You’re mistaken, my Luna. There is one more option—a rogue wolf. You remember him, don’t you? The one exiled from our pack three years ago. Oh right... I nearly forgot I even had a younger brother.”

“Bianca. Listen to me. You have survived being beaten. You survived five days without water. You survived being left for dead. And your baby survived all of it. You are both strong, and we will get you out of here.” Sge says firmly as she squeezes my hand and tears sting my eyes. “I’m scared.” I admit and she slowly nods her head. “I know.” “I don’t know how to protect something so small.” I say, looking down at my stomach. “You already did.” She says softly. “Say I stay... What’s the plan?” I ask softly and she sits back slightly. “Daniel can get us access to the south trail. It’s rarely patrolled.” “And then?” “You head toward the neutral territories.”

The way she looked at Sonia let me know that she had. I knew that she was going to say something, so I immediately placed my hand on her lap. Instead of starting a fight at the dinner table of the King, she could use that time and energy to tell the King what Sophia and I had discussed earlier. “My King, My Queen, the Luna and I have discussed and we have decided that it's best we get going. I mean, we are very grateful for all that you have done for us but we think it's time for us to leave. We need to get back to our pack. We've been gone for too long. “
