Claire stood near the entrance, her eyes darting between them. Chloe’s smirk vanished completely. “You really shouldn’t be here, Claire,” Chloe said, her tone cold. Claire ignored her, stepping closer to Lucas. “I followed you.” Lucas cursed under his breath. “Claire, you shouldn’t have.” Chloe’s lips curled into a wicked grin. “Oh, this just got interesting.” Claire’s gaze hardened. “Where is my son?” Chloe took a slow step forward. “Do you really think I’m just going to tell you?”

Claire's POV Still barely conscious, I watched as he pulled me up by the scruff of my shirt and lowered his head to my neck. My body felt like it was on fire, and a deep sense of dread gripped my chest. It’s over, I thought. My life would end in ruin, in a cruel twist of fate. I was about to become a rogue werewolf—mateless, packless, with nothing to belong to. The horror of it all was suffocating.

He doesn't look bad also, his robe fitted him perfectly. "Everyone be my witness, on this day I announce Anna Moore to be my lovely Luna and my wife together we will rule and nothing shall make us be apart." He announced holding my hands as people clapped. I am very sure that clapping was not from their mind, I guess they didn't want to see the wrath of the Alpha. Anyways, I am now a Luna and I must do something to find out about my parent's death. Haiden and I both stared at each other, he didn't hesitate to kiss me immediately sending shivers down my spine. Must we do this in front of the crowd?

“If truly she found out about the mate bond which you had sealed, then this simply means she's not as simple as you think.” “I don't understand. What do you mean?” “Only those with special abilities could actually break the mate bond.” I raised a brow at her, confused about what she was saying. “When you say special ability, what do you mean?” She stared deep in my eyes. “She could have the bloodline of a healer, or she must be a hybrid.” “Hold on a second. This is even more confusing for me. How could she be a hybrid or a healer? Clair is an orphan grandma.”

Dad wants to talk to us all in a meeting because in less than a year Lucas and myself are taking over and we need our female leaders. I sighed as I shut off the lights and left. Heading home where my family is. Hunter came home today and now we got three pups in our house. Claire loves kids so she is enjoying herself. David and Gavin are both going to school now so all day she has Hunter. After they get home I take the boys for daddy time while Claire cooks dinner. Gemma isn't the only one the vampires want they want Claire too. She is a grand high witch and to vampires that is a powerhouse. They would make her cast spells and heal till it killed her and look for another.

Claire pulled back, and shook her head vehemently. “I will not be tricked by you. Not now, at least. No matter how hot you are.” Claire said, and John scoffed, winking at her. He reached for another wing, and devoured it while Claire watched, salivating. “Shower quickly.” She said. **** "What did I miss?" Claire asked the second they reappeared. "Magdalena has formally admitted that her preference for short, bald men is a fetish," Nikita reported. “No way!” Claire gasped in disbelief.

“Please, tell me the truth. Everything, i need to know about me.” Her hands pause for a second before resuming. She swallows, then meets my eyes in the mirror, hesitation flickering across her face. After a long breath, she speaks. “Well, you are Clary Huston,” she says quietly. “Daughter of one of the most respected werewolf families in Athens. Your parents hold influence, power. They protect humans without anyone ever realizing it, without knowing who or what keeps the balance.” The information feels new to me. “Then why did I poison myself?” I ask, my chest tightening.

Clara uttered with such an evil smile that made Savannah's brain stop for a second. “What do you mean?” Savannah asked, and Clara moved closer to her and whispered some words into her ear, which caused Savannah's eyes to pop out. “And they will come to you, as only you can cure her.” Clara had finalized and she couldn't wait for that to happen now. The moon priestess lifted Sara's hand and felt her pulse. Her shocked expression sent chilly waves down Killian's spine. If a whole moon priestess could be shocked by her condition, it only means the situation was more complex than they thought.

After Clara lost her mother and was abused by Kyle, a gangster who once saved her life, she manages to escape from him and she has no choice but to move into this new town to start a new life afresh and forget about her past. The rape, the torture, and the heartbreak she has to leave all behind her. Bryxton City is occupied by both humans and werewolves. Clara works as a waitress in one of the biggest restaurants in Bryxton City. Today she is having an evening shift at work so the little time she has before then she has decided to use it to tidy her house before she will go see the doctor. Her today's activity is already planned out. "Oh my God! Clara come out, come see you need to see him"

“I know what you’re thinking. Evander is not that stupid.” Wait, Evander? As in her Evander?! Clara pressed her ears harder against the desk, straining to hear more. If she was caught at this point, she didn’t care, she was too far gone at this point. She couldn’t have heard that right, right? Had to be another Evander, not hers. Hers knew nothing about any supernatural nonsense and most of all would never sign to a unison with someone even these two didn’t trust. Her Evander was sweet, thoughtful and definitely was no side dude to any bimbo!
