Some even had darker natured abilities like the ability to possess another individual, the ability to manipulate and destroy organic matter. As well as its counterpart ability that allowed for the manipulation and destruction of any non-organic matter. People with such abilities were very rare and could be extremely dangerous, so they were closely monitored and kept away from most anything they could use their powers on. There were also abilities like replication, the ability to create replicas of the person themself or other people and things

I needed an ability that would set me apart, something that would make me unstoppable. As I browsed, I came across various categories: enhanced strength, speed, agility, and even advanced combat skills. There were experimental drugs that promised superhuman abilities, cybernetic enhancements that could turn me into a living weapon, and even genetic modifications that could alter my DNA. The possibilities were endless, and the excitement was almost overwhelming.

Never had I found myself in such a conundrum before. She had access to a plethora of powers that she really had no idea about, and any of those powers could start to form at any time. She already was using fireballs and dreamwalking. What would be next? Materializing, freezing an entire town? Overreacting and causing an explosion the equivalent of a nuclear blast?

But soon she shrugged it, replying, "Orlee and Kaal are of a different level than ours. Even if fought against them all together, even with a single one, we are bound to be defeated. Orlee has never shown us any of her powers, not even when she would fight with us. And for Kaal, we still don't know what those tentacles are." “So why are you unhappy?” She sighed, looking at my hands. “Do you know what the best superpower is?” “To be invisible.” She smiled. “No, it is to smile even when everything makes you cry. It’s to be happy in the saddest times. It’s to not have insecurities. That is the best superpower.” “Do you have it?” She shook her head. “No one has it.” I frowned. “Why?” “You’ll understand that when you grow up. It’s very rare.”

"Sure, Chrystal. What's on your mind?" "If you were a superhero, what would be your superpower?" she asked, her eyes sparkling with excitement. I chuckled, taking a moment to consider her question. "You know, Chrystal, I think my superpower would be the ability to heal hearts. To mend broken spirits and bring a sense of hope and love to those who have faced hardships." Chrystal's smile widened, and her enthusiasm was palpable. "That's an amazing choice, can you imagine the impact you would have on people's lives? Healing hearts and spreading love, it's a superpower that the world truly needs," she said, her voice filled with admiration.

She lowers herself down, “Get on so I can try what I wanted to try to cover more ground!” He gets on her back and holds on. She gets up and jumps a bit, “This is going to be hard! If only I had super strength like Superman or Hulk!” “Umm, who are they?” “Only two of the strongest superheroes of all time!” she replies jocundly, “Wait, you really do not know those?” “No, I don’t!” he moves his head trying to look at her face, “What do they do and where do they leave?”

Abel rolled his eyes and laid down on the grass. “I… I… I have super abilities.” Zadkiel stated, fiddling with his fingers and looking at his hands. Abel sat up. “Like?” He questioned. Zadkiel was surprised that Abel didn’t laugh at him. “I can hear, see, and smell from a great distance. I have super reflexes and I’m super strong. I can run fast without getting tired and I can see things very much clear in pitch-black darkness. All my senses are enhanced. In short, super strength, super agility and super healing power.” Zadkiel explained, feeling more confident as he saw Abel invested in the conversation without making Zadkiel feel like he had gone crazy.
