A Twist Of Fate

A Twist Of Fate

Soon Jake and I were catching waves left and right, whooping and making jokes. "CAN'T READ MY- CAN'T READ MY- P-P-POKER FACE!" I yelled at the top of my lungs and laughed as I went down the wave. Suddenly I got caught in a rogue wave and all I had to do was scream for Jake before I was under the water, my lungs burnt, I felt my board swing up and hit my back, and the next thing I knew the water was red, my leg stung and my vision was fading.

Congratulations author! Such a nice plot of a novel about a woman’s saga on the romantic- love-hate realm. I cried a bucket for Olivia at the beginning of the story, but I admire the true love of Ethan for her at the later part. In this time and age, would there be such kind of love?

A Christmas Miracle

A Christmas Miracle

Are you going crazy? I threw myself in the salt water, feeling the board slide gently. I paddled hard until I felt that there was only me, the board and the sea. Surfing was like writing poetry. Is that what Manu wrote? There I was thinking of Manuela Toothless again. I sat on the board and waited for the big moment, the big wave. And when she started showing off, I threw myself face down on the board, and I started rowing. As she approached, I stood up and started sliding, gaining speed. It took a few seconds before you dropped me on her. I loved that. I felt a new wave go over me and i returned to the surface in search of new breath. I could have been there all day if something on the edge

Thrown to the Ocean

Thrown to the Ocean

Hence, the engagement banquet went ahead as planned. No one could have imagined it would be the last celebration I ever attended alive. Three hours after the banquet ended, I was stuffed into a sack and thrown into the ocean.

Destined By The Moon Goddess

The pain was unbelievable, but using the not so good torch light on my head, I was able to focus for a bit, removed the knife from its head, and drove it straight into his eyes - that did the job. It kind of screamed, letting go of my hand and swimming away. I tried to swim but I couldn't with my hand, so I just stayed floating in the water, waiting, as the hand slowly started to heal. My eyes kept wandering everywhere to make sure that the shark wasn't coming back again, and it seemed like that was the case.

The Player Who Gets Played

The Player Who Gets Played

I pulled the dump handle, trying to deflate and control my way up. But then another wave hit me, seconds after I finally surfaced and inhaled the fresh ocean air. I was pushed down deeper, I was struggling to pull the handle to my left. But then I hunched in pain when I realize that my left arm was wounded, most likely broken from the previous strong impact.

Finished this book in a jiffy! It was a good read. SHORT & SWEET! No unnecessary drama. Though it would be nice if the author mentioned what happened to the sexual harassment complaint. But m happy nonetheless!

Touched by a Vampire

“You had your chance to be reasonable, but now I’m going to tear you apart and feed you to the sharks one piece at a time. “No, no!” he yelled as I tore off his arm and threw it over the railing, followed by his legs. Finally, his screams cut off abruptly when I tore his head from his torso. It quickly burst into flames, but were doused when I threw it into the water, causing the sharks to frenzy in the water beneath. Within seconds, the sharks swam away, leaving nothing behind in their wake. ***

A Divorce After My Rebirth

A Divorce After My Rebirth

Every half meter she advanced, she would be pushed back two or three meters. Braeden also jumped into the sea to save people, but could only go with the waves. Both of them were just being pushed back by the big waves, unable to move forward. On the speedboat, Alissa took aim at Brock and fired a shot, but a big wave came and caused the bullet to veer off course, hitting his arm instead. Unable to maintain his balance, Brock fell into the sea. He struggled, but his tendons and ligaments were snapped, rendering him completely helpless.

Unspoken Truth

Unspoken Truth

Kai and I finally could move on from the Professor Hamilton ordeal, and our life was so much better for it. Yes, everything is packed and ready to go. Lauran says enthusiastically. After Lauran and I get off FaceTime, Kai and I walk down to this little ice cream shop down the block from our apartment. Then we take our cones down to the beach and watch the surfers. Today is one of Dakoda’s and the guy’s big days. Dakoda is a pro surfer now. She made the big leads a couple months back. I’m so proud of her and everything she has overcome with her near-death experience on the board and losing her memory of the guys she loves so much. She didn’t think she would ever get back on a board again. But

Mr. Vagrant & Ms. No Money

“Don’t listen to them; they’re just trying to provoke you.” She glanced at the group, seeing their scheming expressions, and tightened her grip on Lucius’s hand. “You’ve never surfed before; don’t push your luck. This isn’t a joke—the waves are huge. If you get tossed into the water, and encounter an undertow, jellyfish, rocks, or even sharks, you could die.” Lucius held her hand back and smiled. “It’s not as exaggerated as you say. Don’t worry; my surfing skills are solid, and there will be rescue teams on the scene.”

Author, you’re very creative. The part where Lucius has prenatal depression, that’s a totally a fresh one and totally different from the novels I have read. A very refreshing one. Humour and creative. ...

Dear Author. Please can you strike a balance between the drama at the school and Isabella and Lucius? It gets really tiresome just reading of the endless schemes at the school without getting to hear about Lucius and Isabella as the title of the book is about them.
