"It's almost six and a half. I have a meeting to 'let go' of the Board of Governors in one hour and a half." He said and turned to Susan. "Do you want some help preparing the search stations?" Susan looked at the system monitor for an instant, and got up from the chair. "Yes, I would like that. The system estimates that the scan will take three more hours, and I want to be present in this meeting." She said and walked to her briefcase, from where she took three thin red books from inside. Susan walked to Madam Pince and handed her the three thin books. Madam Pince took them and read the front cover title of the first book.

"It's simply finding its way home." I smiled back, feeling a swell of gratitude for her unwavering support, then left her to it. Just then, Ivanka's voice, a little louder this time, called out, "Susana! Can you come here for a second? I need your opinion on something critical!" I went to meet her. She was holding a stack of old, thick books, looking like they weighed a ton. " If you insist on helping," she teased, trying to shift the weight. "Can you take these up to Sebastian's study for me? They're his latest obsession.

Vanessa glanced at Susan, having mixed feelings, her eyebrow raised, asking ‘Should I say yes? Susan motioned with her lips “Say yes girl, freaking yes” she said, in between a whisper and no sound at all. “Ummm, I’m actually doing some work, but I’m rounding up” Vanessa said, smiling, but sounding neutral. Susan rolled her eyes and then nodded. “Okay, can we just… hangout?” “All right” “I’ll be on my way to pick you up now” Bryan said, she responded and they hung up. Susan rose up with excitement “Do you see? I told you to be patient”

Lena said. "The hedge thing", Susie said. Lena stared at her. "Did he tell you?" "He told Julian", Susie said. "Julian told me. We have coffee now." She said it without apology. "What was it? What did she show you?" Lena told her. The box, the photographs, the solar system book, the margin note in twelve-year-old handwriting. Susie listened without interrupting, which was unusual. When Lena finished, Susie was quiet for a long time.

But guilt twisted inside me because I wasn't sure that was true. Bran remained silent for a while. Then suddenly he released me. "Wait here." He stood up from the bed and walked toward his bedside cabinet and pulled out a photo album and a sealed letter. Then returned to the bed and placed both items in front of me. "What is this?" I asked, turning the album back and forth. "Take a peak." Bran said, smiling from ear to ear. I picked up the photo album first. The first photograph showed a smiling baby in a cot. The second showed a smilinb little girl about the age of three sitting beside a beautiful woman. The woman was laughing while the little girl was trying to put flowers into her hair.

This brought confusion into her head and she didn't know what else to do. Ashley knew Susan very well and whenever she was in trouble like this somebody needed to stay beside her. If not she would make a very terrible mistake that will cost her a lot. She had to run back to Tracy and tell her that she wasn't picking up her calls and nobody was at home. This brought a lot of thinking to them. They kept on thinking of possible places where Susan could be but they couldn't figure it out. "Don't you think we should check her office" "But she told us that she was no longer there. She is now a branch manager in a new place and we don't even know where the branch is located"

Chapter 202: Pascal Adams **Bryan’s POV** The office was so familiar, I could slowly gather fragments of memories around it. The scent of polished wood and fresh paper, the quiet hum of conversations in the hallways… it all tugged at something buried deep within me. I felt a rush of joy when I recognized Susan. Her face broke into a wide smile, and before I could even speak, she clasped my hand warmly. The ease of her presence, the way her eyes softened when they looked at me, filled me with a relief I hadn’t known I needed.

He called to his sister. Claire stared at the book and was shocked as well , Susan had her gift but in a very different way. "I am surprised I must say that she let you look into that book ,she never let anyone near it." The Nun grimaced, "You three certain share a bind other than looking alike in a sort of way." "Anyway, can we move back to the office to finish the paperwork so you can take her with you?" The Nun asked apparently they couldn't wait to get rid of Susan.

She reasons that the author must either be a member of the branch family (as no surviving member of the main family would attempt to chronicle their history for the public) or must be an accomplished historian. The Silver Witch of the East mulls over the contents of the compendium. This time, she does not reduce the book to ash after reading its contents. Apart from the subtle tribute to her once revered family, the book is not much different from its counterparts. But it is the little things that really matter, especially to eccentric geniuses like her.
