Mid-struggle, they abruptly dropped me to the ground, their heads bowed as if following a command. Confused and intrigued, I spun around to know the authority of this sudden change. It contains my promise to you and your end of the bargain.” He didn't even think twice, quickly skimming through the contract, he signed it. A solid smile blossomed on his face. I didn't return it but I acknowledged him. As we drove away and unto our next stop, I couldn't help but shake my head a little. It was so easy to tackle this Alpha's. All I needed was to tailor a deal to their greed. Just like a child to candy. “I already signed a petition against you, I can't take it back.” The old Alpha retorted, folding his hands defensely against his chest and his face thrown away.

I slid my phone out of my pocket and dialled my lawyer’s office. “Good morning, Alpha.” Mr. Cain’s voice came through at the third ring. “Good morning. I would like you to draft a contract for me.” I said. “It’s for my five-year contract marriage.” “Your contract marriage?” He replied; his usual monotone voice had a surprised edge, and I grinned.
