Tails Doll Curse Novels & Stories

Her heart raced at his nearness, his scent of smoke and pine surrounding her. They had fallen into a crypt. Torches burned with black fire, casting eerie shadows on walls carved with ancient markings. In the center lay a stone altar, glowing faintly beneath a suspended heart-shaped crystal pulsing with red light. Lila’s chest tightened. “The Heart of the Curse.” Cole followed her gaze. “So it’s real.” She nodded. “It feeds on pain, betrayal, and blood. As long as it beats, the curse survives.” He approached it cautiously. “Can it be destroyed?”

As if reading my thoughts. I nodded at her, thankful that we were all wrong about that part. And then I moved closer to Luna Tilly as if I weren’t close enough. My hand gripped hers to ask about what she said just moments ago. “What do you mean, Luna Tilly?” I asked urgently. “What’s here?” Her gaze locked onto mine, and I felt as though she was looking straight into my soul. “The curse is just the beginning,” she said, her voice trembling. “It’s a doorway. And now it’s open.”

She called upon them to help her reign curse upon the Land of Tortuga and Viper. They were nine in number. They had to hold one another hand-to-hand and cast the cursing spells to curse the whole city of Tortuga and Viper. Amethyst died during the process of casting spell has she has been told that this curse would have an effect to her by other members. Henceforth, the land of Tortuga has been cursed, every night you'll see different ghost outside taking souls of anything lively and Viper will always wake from death after every hundred years to destroy the land. It will wake up in the next few days, so that is why we have to act fast to kill him or else everyone is in danger including you.

“You don’t understand. He’s the key.” Ember’s voice shook with anger. “The key to what?” Tessa’s gaze met hers. “To ending the curse that killed Velise.” The words hung in the air like a spark waiting to catch fire. Darius’s eyes snapped to her. “What did you say?” Tessa smiled faintly. “You heard me.” Before anyone could react, the window behind her shattered from the force of the wind. The candles went out, plunging the room into darkness lit only by the fading glow of Darius’s arm.

"It's not something I really want to think about." Christopher turned the box over in his hand. "Well, it's something you should," he stated. "I'm not sure how much Sawyer has told you, but as a part of the curse, it's said that if he can't find his mate and the bond fails, Sawyer and the girl who is with him on that night will burn to death under the red moon."

she screams, her voice piping and furious. A boy walks into the room—Tobias. He looks exactly like the boy at the well, only older here, maybe seven. He doesn’t try to take the doll. Instead, he calmly lies down on the floor beside the bed, crossing his ankles, and stares up at the embroidered canopy. “You can keep her then,” he says, his tone oddly mature. “I heard that a doll like that turns into a full colony of hair lice at night. They’ll nest in your hair and eat your scalp.”

She left a parasitic curse behind. It was an ancient, forbidden alchemical spell known to the dark covens of the southern fronts—the Bond-Dampening curse. It was a slow-acting poison designed to target the unique biological frequency of a fated-mate bond. It didn't kill the body; it methodically erased the spiritual recognition between two wolves, turning a soul-deep connection into a vast, empty void.

The maid suggested when she saw me paused. “It's spreading fast also. The other children died the same way, with foam from their mouths and the same marks. I wonder who could have poisoned their— “It's not poison.” I interrupted her. “It's a curse.” “A curse?” Williams was stunned too. “And how sure are you?” I gave his arm back to his side and with a gentle swipe of my hand over his face, his eyelids pressed. Melissa prayed for him to journey back to the afterlife safely under the guidance of the moon goddess, and then I straightened my back again.

“She’ll die.” “Most likely. And when she does, Dorian will go feral bond or no bond. Losing a mate to childbirth is exactly what triggers the curse’s final stage.” Ravenna turned back to him. “So yes, we adapt. We wait. We let nature, and my poison, do what the corruption spell couldn’t.” Fenris stared at her, caught between admiration and horror. “You’re insane.” “I’m thorough.” She moved closer, her presence oppressive. “But here’s what you need to understand, Fenris—I’m done playing nice. Done with subtle plans and careful manipulations. If this poison fails, if somehow that girl survives pregnancy and breaks the curse completely-”

I think it’s wearing on all of us a little bit. “So, Hazel had said she thinks the doll holds a piece of the witch’s soul.” I tell him what Hazel told Aspen before the full moon. Dad looks up at me. “A piece of her soul. How does that even work?” He asks and I shrug. “I don’t know, but she says there may be more, and if we can find them… That might work into killing her. It’s something she was working on last night. I don’t know if she got anywhere with it.” I explain.
