Tales From A Not-so-graceful Ice Princess Novels & Stories

Leona asked Icarus after healing the bird’s wounds, and Icarus told her about what had happened. “What’s wrong?” Narine looked at her friend in confusion. She was a plant fairy, so she didn’t understand animal language like Leona. “Icarus said the vampire king and the ugly witch brought a beautiful princess who had helped him.” “Who is the beautiful princess?” Narine asked, then thought for a while. “Is her hair brown and her eyes blue?” “Yes,” said Leona after translating Icarus’ words. It shocked Narine. “Gosh! This is bad! We have to tell Aathreya right away!”

“I knew you were insane from the first moment I saw you bit I didn’t know it was this bad. I don’t have a legitimate claim to the crown, not to talk about the fact that I am a woman. It simply cannot work.” “Hmm, is that so? It’s such a pity…” “Right, so please leave me alone. You can take your things and leave me alone.” “...it’s such a pity indeed that…I don’t take no for an answer.” Adelie watched in wonder as Natalia tackled a princess and pulled her to take a bath. Sebastian left the room at some point and Natalia dressed the princess up and placed food in front of her. “Do you believe I have magic that forces your mouth open and forces the food down your throat with water?”

I just remember how grand it was from the outside, the white brick, the towers that reach high into the air, I never could comprehend its size. I remember her though, she wouldn’t ever come down from that damn obstacle course and I couldn’t keep up with her. She was too fast, even though I was older and stronger. Despite being banned from the palace I’d sneak away just to look at her. Is that creepy? I was ten. Ah well, make up for it now, get to know her and hopefully woo her. But how the hell do you woo a princess? I can’t give her more than she already has. I can’t buy her.

However, they all consciously left the middle spot empty. That was where Tina had once stood. She didn't live to see the snow stop. Three nights ago, she had taken advantage of a shift change to climb over the wall, trying to sneak into the basement storage. In the end, she stepped on the ice shards she didn't clear during the day. She fell from the thirty-foot fence, and her neck snapped. Hayden said that she had shouted with her last breath toward the lit window of our manor to just give her a sip of hot water.

A second later, a warrior tried to help him up and slipped too, creating a chain of scrambling limbs and panicked yelps. The floor had turned into an ice rink. A very dangerous ice rink. With wolves. Elara, however, moved across it with absolute grace. The moment she stepped onto the shimmering ice-covered floor, she glided forward like she had been born on skates. Hands behind her back. Smooth movements. A perfect spin. Lucian gaped. “She is possessed.” “I am talented,” Elara replied. “You are terrifying,” Lucian insisted. Snow continued falling through the shattered ceiling. Icy mist curled through the hallway. Icicles grew down from the rafters, long and sharp and glittering like crystals

Anastasia has a glowing crown over her heart, and someday, I will as well. “You remember our daughters? Daisy, Hyacinth, Gladiola, and Iris.” Fanella had wanted to name all her children after flowers. It’s common for sprites, in particular, to name their children after plants and flowers. Obviously, Christopher didn’t mind. “Hello everyone, welcome to Araphyra.” “Hello Lady Princess, Lily.” “Do you know how many unmated males there are in the castle?” “Do you know if there are any in the surrounding forest?”

He stared at me long enough to freeze the blood in my veins, until he broke the ice, and started talking . " you might wonder why are you here , if you let me just tell you my princess .......... this is my personal room , none is allowed here at all , and I have this table to dine at alone all of this time, alone every night........but it is going to change , .....so my Princess "I looked back at him " you have to know you aren't anyone , from now on and until , you get used to us and get used to live here with me , you are welcome here anytime except in special occasions, you will always eat here with me "

And Goddess knows how much happiness I feel inside when I hear her say those words. "You can say what you like. But I choose him over and over again. You. Can. Go. To. Hell. With. Your. Handsome. Face. And. Gutter. Behaviour," she say and make the fuck-you sign. She's just as beautiful as she's fierce. I can't help but wonder how the little pumpkin had grown so much and became such an amazing woman in just five years. Tears gather in my eyes and thank Goddess for the mask—no one would know this cursed ice prince is actually touched. Her words are enough to heal the pain of River's words from my heart when he says,

She can still somehow end up sounding fucking cute even when she’s wearing nothing but a t-shirt that stretches over her large breasts. “So, do you have a preference, Princesa? Blond hair, black hair? Blue eyes?” She blinks as she looks up at me, her cheeks tinting a pretty pink hue. “I do… Chocolate brown hair, hazel eyes, full lips… angled jaw…” She raises her hand tenderly, swallowing as she brushes her hand over my jaw. She’s describing me. “A few scars…” I grip her wrist, stopping her hand from travelling down my jaw. “Don’t…” I say quietly, swallowing hard.

"Because you always do this, Nymeria. You have always done this. Every single time." "Done what?" "You’ve taken things that weren't yours." Her voice was flat now. "Boys, I liked. Attention I had already earned. Do you remember Tyler Brent? My crush for an entire year. I had spent an entire year trying to get him to notice me, and then I walked into the bathroom at Keeley's party, and there you were with him. Pressed against the wall, hands everywhere." I stared at her. "He forced himself on me."
