The Demon King thought triumphantly to himself. “Ma’oz, meet Dorthy, my best friend. Dorthy, this is the Demon King, slash my temporary husband.” “How can anyone think he is your husband?!!? He looks nothing like Montgomery Lewis!” Her comment caught his attention. Both Journee and Ma’oz spoke at the same time. “You see the real him/me?” “Don’t you see the same?” Dorthy looked from Journee to Ma’oz, and back to the Demon King again. Confused. “How can anyone miss those red eyes, and…and…and that!” She pointed at the whole of the male in the room.

Luka told his father. “Tell me, what does this prophecy of yours say exactly?” Collin asked the fairy king. “A king shall be born, he will be born of a werewolf, he shall possess powers beyond recognition, his purpose will be to bring together all the supernatural so that peace will rain once again among my children. He shall be known as The Demon King.” The fairy king said the prophecy like he was reading it from the book of prophecies.

"They took a whole pack of demons..... Spectacular!. Hmm Devaro, I await my next visit with them and with proper welcoming" How he knew I planned on capturing them and not kill, I have no Idea before I could ask He left in a sprinkle of mist. So what is it gonna be "We already know where the girl would be heading, get them here Igaro and be discreet about it" "But my king?" Most demons never challenge me but Igaro always does. He is after all special and my favorite toy. "This is my kingdom and I still rule"

The hall immediately got clouded with pin-drop silence as the King was about to make the announcement. "First of all, I would like to express my heartily welcome to all the Kings, Queens, Prince, and Princesses of different kingdoms for gathering here and celebrating my son's crowning ceremony. As you all know my son Zachary, the Demon of Wrath aka the most powerful and dangerous Demon of the entire Demon World has grown up mature and more tenacious. My health is also gradually ebbing away so I think it's time for me to deliver all my responsibilities to my precocious son. So thereby, I declare Zachary as the new King of Hell and Lord of all the Demons".

It was a typical thing for the rich, popular guys to have some sort of squad. “Yeah. There is Vincent the fighter. Too bad you left early. You should have seen him kick the crap out of that hot guy whose name I don’t really remember. He is probably looking less hot now but who cares? I could lick gin off Vincent’s abs any day. The last one in the squad is just trouble; Lee Tan. He is the Captain of the basketball team. Please I know Joon is your friend but you gotta steer clear of Tan. He will never resist making a move on that pretty face of yours,” she warned.

“Hey! I won’t let you call in your favour if you’re not even going to do anything for me.” “Now now, don’t go making assumptions on your own.” When they reached the church, he stepped inside with no hesitance. He walked through the front door without even opening it, his body floated through as if he was a ghost. The demon king has powers that are most diverse. The normal demons might have confined powers, such as some might control a certain aspect of the weather or an element of the earth, some might be capable of shape shifting. However, the Demon King’s title awarded him much more flexibility with his abilities.

And I wanted to become as awe-inspiring and menacing as he was. Meanwhile, the demon wrapped his wings around himself and all of a sudden, started shrinking. In a minute, the pangram contained a rather cute-looking noble. You'd never guess who he was if you didn't know! He had golden hair, blue eyes, and marble-white skin. He was so thin, you'd think he would break if you blew on him. Instead of a whip, he had a rose in his hand. The rose was the last straw. I had no words. Yet the demon finally spoke up, like wind roaring outside the windows of the old tower.

"He's a heartless monster, darling. He's not what you think he is. He's only marrying you because his mother said so" Tears fill my eyes, the ache in my chest gradually increasing by the minute. "What is he?" I ask and he smirks. "Are you sure you want to know that?" He asks. "I want to know" "Your future husband is a demon. He became one as soon as he was cursed. He is popularly known as the shadow king. His winter magic has been replaced by shadow magic which can only be possessed by a demon. He would never be free from his curse, darling. Not even you can save him"

His skin was tan, his hair dark brown like chocolate, and damn, that body was perfectly built as he looked devilishly hot in a three-piece black Armani suit taking my breath away. "W...Who are you?" I asked my mate, already knowing the answer, because I felt the bond too. My mind and my heart were screaming the mate word too. " Now, why ask the question when you already know the answer to that, Princess Charlotte Petriokias?" the man asked " And, to answer your question my name is Zacharias Stone and I am the King of the demons and your fathers' age." he answers my question while taking steady steps towards me with a panty-melting smile on his face already doing a good job of making my panti

The Beast King resembled the demon from the memory of their ancestor from the Book of Oath to a frightening degree. It could be no coincidence. Both the King and the princess looked like their ancestors who signed the Oath. What could it mean? Perhaps they were indeed the destined pair for sacrifice... The King’s eyes were golden, a trait of Royal Beats but now that he wasn’t hiding his demon shadow, all the witches here could tell he was a half-demon. He was the descendant of both, the beast who signed the pledge and the demon who signed the pledge. Most of all it meant, as the King was likely from that demon’s descendants, which will mean he was the only one who can close the doors to the
