Richard responded. "Honestly sir, a good teacher is he who is compassionate, supportive and patience to his students. And from the way I see it, you have lost hope in her and no longer patient with her, and good teachers aren't supposed to be like that. I have gone through all my junior years receiving insults from my teachers. But when I came to ss2, I met an amazing teacher that changed my life entirely. I was able to win an award as the best Mathematics student in the whole country because of her. From that moment, I realized that is not only how the teacher teaches you that matters, their behavior towards you and how they teach you also matters. So please sir, don't lose hope in her, try

Rachel answered with a smile. "I really wish you would have followed in your father's foot steps, and became a doctor. Teachers have such a lowly job with a measly salary." Sarah's words surprised me. Hell, they seem to have surprised Rachel too. "It's not always about the money. Being able to do something you love everyday and call it your job is a benefit in of itself. Being a teacher is noble, and yes they don't have the highest paying job, but they make a decent salary." I am not sure why I wanted to dig my grave today, but I did. Sarah's attention was now fully on me. Rachel shot me a look of gratitude from across the table.

Meanwhile, Tricia and Tristan were having a nice conversation while having a drink. They sit next to each other on the corner side of the bar where nobody can see them. "What is the thing that you love the most about teaching?" asked Tricia. Tristan grabbed her by the waist and kissed her on the cheeks. "The fundamental job of teaching is no longer to distribute facts but to help children learn how to use them by developing their abilities to think critically, solve problems, make informed judgments, and create knowledge that benefits both the students and society. Teachers are the backbone of our democracy.

"I asked you a question." "He doesn't follow the rules," stated Arius. "He favors some students and hates others. A teacher can't do that." "True, but all teachers are like that. It's human nature. A normal person can't love or hate everyone. It just doesn't work. Everyone favors some people to others." Arius just smirked a bit, as if indulging in some private joke. "Guess I'm not human then, huh?" he told her, not seeming to really mind.

Throwing on a sweatshirt, I made my way to the road, where I managed to get a cab. "The Zealous elementary school, sir." In minutes, I was in the school where my children spent their days when they weren't in the safety of their homes. It was a normal school, I wanted my kids to experience living amongst humans before moving them to an all stars all werewolves high school. Stepping out, I found my way to Kanu and Kiana's classroom. At the door post the teacher was already waiting. "Nice to meet you again, Mrs Elena. I can tell that you love your kids from the way you hurried down here. That's what we teachers want to see. Dedication, love, care and affection. Any parent that doesn't have this

His competency gets boost if he is lucky enough to have competent and loving teachers. There was a Montessori teacher where Vicky was working as a principal and an administrator was supervising the whole financial matter. In that school, there was a teacher, she was more than a teacher. Only a few who have soft hearts like she had. She used to sit among her students. The kids loved her so much that the attendance of her class never decreased despite there be any weather severity.

Just genuine. "He's a high school teacher. History. He's been at the same school for nineteen years and he still talks about his students like they're the most interesting people he's ever met." She tucked her hands into her jacket pockets. "He's the kind of person who makes you feel like whatever you're doing with your time is exactly the right thing to be doing with it. Even when it isn't." The streetlamp above them flickered once and steadied.

"I wanted to ask you something." "Of course." "Ms. Sulvan, what do you think is the most important quality for a teacher to have?" Another stretch of silence. After about a minute, she finally replied, "Teaching and caring for students, of course." "Oh?" I sent a smiling emoji. "I think it should be 'knowing your place and keeping professional boundaries.' Don't you agree, Ms. Sulvan?" This time, there was no reply. I set down my phone and let out a long breath.
