Venedict corrected his friend before he take a sip of his brandy. "Woah, that's a strong one," Teddy blurted before he put down his glass. "Sorry, my bad." He paused to lick his upper lip before he speak again, "Anyways, I want to ask you asking. But before that, let me just be clear on this one. I'm asking this because you're my friend and I don't want you to fight over something which could just lead to disappointment and embarrassment. You know what I mean right?" Bonifacio nodded. "Yeah, continue."

What the fuck were they doing here? Mayeli nodded and ran to the bathroom, shutting the door behind her, just as the room door burst open. Tyse and Truce sauntered in with bags of food and snacks and a small white Teddy. Tyse had liught him a Teddy. “Christ”, Killian mumbled through his teeth. His friends were born to annoy him. What the fuck? “Hey Zed”, Tyse said, putting the teddy in Killian's face. Killian glared at his friend, envisioning different ways to strangle him.

“You did well, sir, taking your place again.” “I already regret it.” “But it’s the right decision. We can protect them again, it’s what the Brotherhood swore to do.” Ted looked up at him. Teddy, nicknamed for his slight height and resemblance to the toy he was nicknamed after, was a trusted friend and Brother. He was right. And yet… “Is there something else, Teddy?” “Miss Cathy, sir. She is your mate. You can’t abandon her now.” Ted pushed his chair back and stood up. “She's better off with her family."

"Ohh fuck! This shit" Teddy said with frustration when she saw Matte with his friends coming towards him. "Hello hello hello! Sweethearts! Or no! Sluts! Or no! Maybe cock suckers would be better don't you think guys"? They all laughed but they didn't. "Don't give me that attitude, I might tell your parents that you made tattoos that's why you're wearing like oldies now, try to be nice to me, Teddy, let's go out for a walk in an hour, I'll pick you up" he said and left.

It was hard sometimes to switch between being his boss and being his bestie, but I liked to think we managed it pretty well.

Teddy looked at the candy in front of him and took it. He did not eat it but held it tightly in his hand and said with a smile, 'Why are you coaxing me as a child? Why do you carry candies with you? I'm not at the age of eating candies.'

Rhea said, pushing her annoying elder brother, away from the spot where stood by the door, Theodore looked at her with knowing eyes and left his spot in front of her, allowing her to space. If he hadn't moved from that spot, there was no way Rhea would have been able to force him, Theodore Robinson, the third born and second son, was so muscular that his appearance screamed steroids, his hair was shaved closed to his scalp. He was also six foot tall and had the most murderous glare, he looked nothing like his twenty years; opposing his scary looks, he was actually a big ole teddy bear, he was the brother Rhea was closest too and she called him Teddy.

Her hair was done in a loose plaited braid that looked way more comfortable than my own. Teddy stood a little away from the two of us, smoking a cigarette. He was wearing a pair of black jeans and a black t-shirt. It wasn't exactly a "fancy" look, but it looked sexy as hell on him. The shirt seemed like it was one size too small, so his biceps were emphasized. He also had a black blazer hanging over his shoulder which he said he would put on once we arrived. That would give him the "classy" look that would pass for what I wanted. His hair was parted in the middle, fanned left and right. The top looked "purposely" messy. I liked it.

It is left to fester, seep, and infect the once sturdy body and mind of the hitherto reasonably happy. Still, they jollied along as best they could, and Teddy was liked by good and all on account that, a) he was a mildly spoken gentleman, and b) he was generous to a fault. Teddy could always be counted on for a drink, if not several rounds, and on occasions entire expeditions to Bordeaux. There, back in those days when he could still be bothered to, he would drag French peasants who could hardly believe their luck, around the fine restaurants and nightclubs, revelling in the astounded and sometimes despising looks of the well-heeled Bordelaise who observed them, and then paid hundreds of eur
