The woman asked. "Mom, I didn't come into this world alone so how can I let her be? Besides, as a good older brother that I am, it is my responsibility to make sure she is always smiling" the boy now identified as Oliver replied while taking a pear from the fruit basket on the table, he turned and raised his eyebrow at the girl hiding behind their mother "I'm I right baby sis?" "I am not a baby, for crying out loud, you are only older than me with two minutes. Two minutes!" She showed him her two fingers to support her claim "when are you going to get that into your thick skull?"

She shut her computer in anger and then she glared at me. " I don't want you to do better!" " I - I don't understand" " Why can't you be like every other teen who likes to hang out with their friends and who doesn't give two shits about school and homework, I mean, how old are you anyway?" " Thirteen" I muttered. " And you don't even have a girlfriend" " I'm too young for that mom" " Look at you, your peers all have girlfriends or at least they want to, you just want to waste your time living in books!" She said with so much disgust.

I'm fifteen, it's called teenager and I'm one of them." Baxter explained his side and that made one of the boys give him an amused look.

Timmy just stood there, staring up at Rhychard with wide eyes, his neck craned back as he tried peering into Rhychard's eyes. The top of the teenager's towhead barely came to the Warrior's chest and the kid's body was bony, shoulders thin, as if he needed a few more meals. The Warrior was sure the kid was frightened. Hell, he just went from being bullied by three older teens to being rescued by a giant, a bear of a dog, and an elf. Definitely not a normal day for anyone, especially a young teenager.
