Secret Spy in High School

Secret Spy in High School

The front of the bookshop may seem like it was some normal and ordinary bookshop, but it was designed that way— as the owner wants it to look calm and serene for the buyers— but the customers can be guaranteed that all supplies and products are of high quality. Arriving at the bookshop, she can see that it was not that packed inside. Unusual, but maybe the students already purchased ahead of time, or that they ordered online, or that they just had it delivered to their houses. Though she can see a few familiar faces inside, and she slightly dreads this very moment. “Oh, it’s Hestia Leblanc.” one of the people inside the store said as they pointed at her— a newly arrived customer. One by one,

Let Me Go Daddy, I Am Engaged To Your Son!

Let Me Go Daddy, I Am Engaged To Your Son!

A few people browsing the fiction section, an elderly man in the history aisle squinting at a biography of some dead president, and a cluster of women near the front of the store gathered around a display table with the kind of energy that meant they had found something they were excited about. I spotted the book before I even reached the table. The cover was unmistakable: a villa at sunset, a woman's silhouette in the window, a man's shadow falling across the threshold. Temptation Island. My wife's name in elegant gold lettering across the bottom. There was a whole stack of them arranged in a careful pyramid with a handwritten sign propped against the base that read "Local Author, National

Crown of Tempests

Crown of Tempests

Within a few minutes, the courtyard cleared until only a handful of Emberbound members remained nearby. Iris stepped out of the library archway at the far end of the yard just as Rhett reached us. The moment her presence entered the space, the mate bond stirred quietly beneath my skin. Her sky magic brushed lightly against the storm wind that constantly circled my senses. Rhett noticed the interaction immediately. “Still weird watching that happen,” he muttered. “Focus,” Maeve said flatly. Rhett nodded once and shifted his attention back to the group. “Stormhollow scouts confirmed Interregnum movement near three major ley-line convergence points over the last four days.”

The Price of Peace: Book 3 In The No More Regrets Series

The Price of Peace: Book 3 In The No More Regrets Series

We decided to order food since everyone was here today from Maggiano’s of course. People start coming in grabbing plates. Talking. Laughing. Business as usual, but something pulls at me, where's Tempest? I don’t see her, and that’s not normal. “I’ll be back,” I say. No text this time because I have a strange feeling in my gut. I need to see her. I take the elevator down to seven. Walk straight to her office. Knock. Nothing. Knock again. “Come in.” I step inside... And freeze.

Tempestuous Lover

Tempestuous Lover

I walked over to the kitchen leaning against the counter as I took the tablet in my hand, swallowing it with the drink of water. Shaking my head in disappointment as I go to the spare room where I have been sleeping since this marriage became official. I got dressed and did my hair with a braid into a ponytail, I needed to get out of this house and get some air. I left the house slamming the door shut behind me locking it, I took the Aston Martin into town. I arrived in town going to the mall buying some new clothes to wear around the so-called house and three nice dresses. I passed Bernadettes, one of the most luxurious lingerie stores. Walking inside looking at the different styled bras an

The Secret Billionaire I Married

The Secret Billionaire I Married

"Let us go meet her." Chicago was a five hour drive. Liam drove. Anna sat in the back. I navigated. The rain followed us the whole way. Grey skies. Grey roads. Grey everything. The bookstore was called "Pages." It sat on a corner between a coffee shop and a flower store. The windows were full of bestsellers. A sign on the door said "Open." We walked in. Bells jingled. The smell of paper and old wood wrapped around me. Shelves stretched to the ceiling. A cat slept on a pile of romance novels.

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

And Tempest? She’s done her homework. My eyes fly over the tablet, seeing all the details of my life plainly laid out for the readers, wondering how the hell Tempest figured all this out and further how she got it all done by seven in the morning. But as I continue to read, and see the number of people that she interviewed… I realize that Tempest? She’s probably been working on this for a long time.

I love this book! I hate that chapters are barely two pages and at this rate I’m probably not going to see the end. For the cost at this rate I could have bought quite a number in physical form. As I have so far spent just under of $100 this is most likely my last Good Novel purchase.

Wolfless Temptation

Wolfless Temptation

He was staring down at a heavy notebook and he turned it towards me when I came forth. “This is the record of how all the books here are arranged. It’s stored Alphabetically by way of the author in shelves labeled according to Genre.” I didn’t look at the book. I stared instead at him. Initial giddiness aside, I was not a guest here. I was a slave. A low-ranking one at that. Why was I here, so far away from the Harem being shown this incredible library? “Write down any book you wish to borrow down in here. Just make sure you return them to where they need to be once you’re done.”

Sacrificed to the Alpha

I crooned. Tyler Jane Moonstorm looked past me with a wicked grin. “Because werewolves own Moonburn.” *** “Here we are.” Tyler opened the door of the shop for me. No, it was not just a shop. It’s a boutique—one that has every item costs at least a thousand dollars. My throat bobbed. I felt anxious. Cold drops of sweat suddenly start to stream down from me. “Don’t worry, Elaine.” Tyler rubbed my back. “They know who we are.”

Billionaires flash marriage: Always you.

Billionaires flash marriage: Always you.

CHAPTER FOUR — Lines in the Sand Jesse Ward did not usually arrive early. He lived by a rhythm most people would find unnerving precise, efficient, never wasting time but he didn’t hurry. He moved through the world like someone who already knew exactly where everyone else would step before they stepped there. Yet today, he stood outside Hart & Willow Books a full twenty minutes before opening. The bookshop wasn’t impressive in size, but it had character brick walls, ivy climbing one side, a chalkboard sign out front with little sketches drawn by Evelyn’s mother. It looked like the kind of place people wandered into when they needed comfort more than literature.
