Terran added, “Although, I would have warned you, if I had known you were going to put a crater in the middle of the forest.”
I ignored Terran as my eyes found bright sapphires, the relief in them tangible as he looked down at me.
“You’re safe. Get up here.” Simon bit out, and I could tell he was just barely controlling the anger that simmered under the surface. I looked back over to the man laying on the ground, still passed out cold in the dirt.
“What about him?” I asked, and Terran sighed.
“We’ll grab him, maybe next time don’t take out one of my wolves with your faerie nonsense.” He said, annoyance lacing his tone, and I bristled.
