The Alpha's Nanny Novels & Stories

I drove toward Stone Crown Pack's territory. The scenery outside the window blurred past as my grip tightened around the steering wheel. The dull ache in my chest was still there, but I was used to it by now. Liam Kramer's Beta was already waiting outside the building. When he saw my car, he immediately lowered his head. "Ms. Smith, the Alpha is waiting for you on the top floor." I nodded and followed him into the elevator. When the doors opened at the top level, Liam's powerful Alpha aura hit me instantly.

"That's all I could ever ask for, Adrian. The pack is in good hands." Adrian leaves the room soon after, and Alpha Xavier turns to Sylvia. "And you, my sweet Luna, are you okay with Anna being the queen of your throne?" he says teasingly. Sylvia giggles. "The days of my reign are over, Alpha. I will have to settle being the grandma now." She yelps as Alpha Xavier suddenly grabs her and pulls her toward him. "Oh, you are far too sexy to be a grandma," he growls. Sylvia blushes and wriggles in his arms, her eyes twinkling with excitement.

“Do you know what I want right now, Beta Maddox?” “What?” “Are you sure you wanted to know the answer right now, Beta Maddox? The truth will not all set you free.” “Just say it.” “All so that I will disappear from your life?” “I don’t want you to say nonsense to the alpha.” She leaned back and continued biting the apple. “Alright. If you want it badly. What about the alpha? He wanted me to be the child’s nanny.” “I will do my share and you do yours.” She stared at me for a moment before saying, “I see.”

I had quietly told her before she left the room and with a smile on her face, she had replied; “Lillian, my name is Lillian and I am the Alpha’s caregiver.” It was then that I knew she was the Lillian I heard the both the Betas talk about. With that, Lillian had left the room. I didn’t have the liberty to worry about why the young Alpha of the Angels and Banes pack needed a caregiver when he doesn’t look sick or ailing. I had other things to worry about.

She was my rock, my everything, and I would always be there to support her, to hold her close, and to remind her that she has nothing to do with Annabelle's death. While she slept I began to think about my plans with the other alphas. It had taken days of negotiations and arrangements, but finally, the meeting with the other alphas was set. The following day, I arrived at the designated location, a clearing deep in the woods, and was greeted by the other alphas. There were six of them in total, all standing tall and proud, radiating power and dominance. We exchanged nods of acknowledgment as we approached each other, and I couldn't help but feel the weight of the situation.

In point of fact, Alpha Damien invited his working staff to join them on the big dining table. They joked and shared excited laughs. They discussed a lovely nursery for the Alpha's baby they would be welcoming after some months. Alpha Damien enjoyed watching his Aurora fill his mansion with her mellifluous laughs and Madam Martha talk about knitting sweaters and socks for the baby. The staff had already allotted work to themselves for the chores they'd do on arrival of their alpha's baby.

That is, the Alpha is being returned to his rightful place. "Ladies and gentlemen, before the wedding of the son of Zeta, our Alpha has a word to say." I cocked my head to listen to what the announcer had to say. The Alpha took the center stage and began speaking. "Before this lovely wedding begins, my beloved fellow citizen, this is your Alpha, and I'd like to announce that my beloved daughter here has decided to give a gift to her number one trusted guard, Killian." Serena and the princess rose up and headed over to where her father was standing, as the Alpha pointed out.

The officer began, "Do you work here?" Beth looked at me, then returned her gaze to the officer and then nodded. "Yes, I'm the nanny. As you can see, my mistress is blind and needs me." Her voice was poise, calm, and her gaze very direct. "How may I help you?" The second officer stood quietly, while the first officer measured Beth up before finally saying, "Your mistress seems to have suffered a case of amnesia since losing the Alpha. I wondered if you could provide us with some necessary information, seeing as you are the nanny in this place."

“I thought you were done with this. With wolves. With pack politics. With all of it.” “I am done with it.” “Then why are you letting that little girl drag you back?” She downed the scotch in one swallow. “With her silly problems? Her dramatics? She shows up here and suddenly you’re playing Alpha again? Training her? What’s next, Alexander?” “Nobody’s dragging me back into anything.” Alexander’s jaw tightened. “I’m helping her the only way I know how instead of watching her suffer.” “Suffer?” Vivian’s smile turned cruel. She poured another drink. “She’s twenty years old with a roof over her head and someone cooking her meals. What exactly is she suffering from?”

He turned to the window, rubbing the brim of his nose. A habit of his, I guessed. “Fuck, Dylan!” He mumbled under his breath; annoyed but not surprised. Apparently, the alpha really knew my brother. Because I’d let out that exact same sigh a million times before. And heck, I couldn’t really blame him. I mean… Ok, I probably should have told him last night, before Dylan disappeared, but honestly? I’d gotten so used to cleaning up after his messes, I didn’t even consider it… “Well, it changes nothing,” Alpha Stone suddenly announced, his attention returning to me. This time it was my turn to be stunned into silence. “You’ll work here as my maid until he returns.”
