BRODY MEYER "It's a two bedroom one bath apartment with a laundry room and patio there is also have a gym here that's next door to the office." Ava The apartment manager said. The apartment was pretty big and decent, the only thing I liked about was that it was very close to the restraunt I worked at. ''i like it out of all the other places I've seen this one is the nicest there's a lot of space'' I said to the lady who seemed happy with me wanting to buy the apartment I guess she was waiting for a while to sell it to someone.

I say to myself smiling. The next day, we arrived at the apartment. The place wasn't bad, not as big as the pack house but still comfortable and appealing. It's a three bedroom flat with a pool and snooker table. At least there's a bar and a little library. Cool. “Well, this place isn't too bad. It's nice and comfy.” Dale says, spinning around. “Yeah, it's okay and neat too.” Derek confirms. “Let's check out the rooms.” I say to them.

[SFX: CORNER DINER. ABOVE IT. 6:17 AM. THEN TRUCKS ON HIGHWAY. THEN ALEX CRYING.] The apartment was 600 square feet. One bedroom. One bathroom. Kitchen that fit me, Adrian, and Alex if we all exhaled. Peeling linoleum. Water stain on the ceiling shaped like Texas. Adrian Knight. Billionaire. Ex-CEO. Now unemployed. Making formula in a kitchen where the fridge hummed like it was dying.

I'm the reason why he had to move from the last two. We ride the elevator up. He's on the second floor, and he unlocks the door to a tiny apartment. I spot a kitchenette, one couch in front of a flat-screen TV, and a door that undoubtedly leads to his bedroom. This apartment is much smaller than all the others he's lived in. "Make yourself at home," he says, gesturing around. "It's a shit place, but it's a roof over my head." "When did you move?" I ask.

“I never envied your promotion; everyone knows how hard you work. If I worked late like you, my face would collapse!” Annie says, “But this, I cannot forgive you for!” “Why?” I question, hands on my hips. The two girls look at one another before returning their gazes to me. “Oh, I don’t know,” Annie replies, rolling her eyes. “City center,” Lily ticks on her finger. “One thousand square meters,” Annie says next. “Fully furnished apartment.” “Swimming pool, security, a gym downstairs.” “Only 100 meters from the closest shopping center!”

“ It is ideal for you two lovebirds.” “We are not-“ “I can’t wait to see it.” Justin cut me off again. “We are not a couple. This apartment is for you not us.” I whispered to him. “Really?” He grinned slyly. I poked him in the ribs. The apartment was located in a nice, cozy, safe looking neighborhood. And Hannah was right it was perfect. It was new, large ,with two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen and dining room. I checked out the plumbing, and wiring. They were in good condition.

Axel explains. "What's an apartment?" "An apartment is a place or residence in a tall building like you saw earlier... It's like a house but close to other houses yet also quite comfortable and privacy is truly maintained," Axel explains as he leads Gwyneth to the front door and is immediately greeted by a maid. "Jane, please take two suitcases from my car and bring them to Gwyneth's room," he says. "Yes, Sir." Jane nods. Gwyneth turns and sees Jane opening the car trunk.

The white apartment door before us bore the number 12054, which, once translated, indicated our location: the 120th floor, apartment 54. As Alex and I stepped out from the capsule taxi to the balcony, it seamlessly closed its door behind us and departed, leaving us at the threshold of our new dwelling. The door to our apartment swung open in response to the proximity of our smartwatches. The apartment, though modest in size, was efficiently laid out, encompassing a living area, kitchen, a queen size bed, and a bathroom all within 30 to 40 square meters (around 400 square feet). It was a compact space.

The plasters have left the walls a long ago and most of the doors are either fixed or hanging on the hinges. "Which apartment number, Brady?" I ask Brady in a whisper. "Apartment number- 17, Boss." He tells me and it doesn't take me a minute to locate the last apartment on the first floor. The noises coming from the neighbors, both drunken husbands yelling on wives and children screaming in front of the television. The air only reeks of grease, alcohol and tobacco. How can someone live with families in such shitty place and what future these kids will have? "Oh..stop..you animal..ahh..You're hurting me now." A woman moans while the bed is slamming against the wall.

The apartment was elite. The living room was spacious and luxurious. The whole apartment was painted white and the tiles had a white color too, there were a few colourful couches in the living room. The apartment also had two large bedrooms. The view was great and one could see the beautiful city even from the apartment. The apartment was just part of a skyscraper, a large and glassy skyscraper. When the two women arrived into the apartment, they could not hide their excitement even in the presence of their tour guide. The two women h
