The Lycan God

The Lycan God

Emotions had run wild between now and then; excitement, disbelief, discontent, rage, and now a thoughtful silence pervading the four walls like a thick blanket that lulls her back to the bay of sleep’s arms. Avian dips the feathered tip into the glass bottle and carefully lowers it onto the page where she had left, just beneath the grotesque sketch of an original Lycanthrope she had attempted whilst still in the throes of energy. “… Average of ten feet tall, five hundred pounds of muscle and fur that is impervious to the war instruments of man.” The high priest stands at the front left, his cheeks like emptied udders that tremble with each breath, “tapetum lucidum…” highly sensitised night v

REJECTED MATE

REJECTED MATE

“Can we get on with the training, please?” Ophois laughed. “So proper on the outside, but you have the heart of a huntress.” I squeezed my eyes shut and gave myself a mental kick for not remaining silent. Up until Demeter had mentioned this guy’s name, I’d only ever heard of the major Egyptian gods: Isis, Osiris, Anubis, Ra. Ophois called himself the Opener of the Way, but what if he was really the Egyptian god of mischief? Or discord? Or the anti-cupid who liked to break up fated mates?

The Grigori Chronicles: Book One: Transcendent

The Grigori Chronicles: Book One: Transcendent

For all he’d done for me, I could at least give him that. He continued to speak. “These angels, the “bad” ones – the Corrupt, are the ones who at one point in time became very powerful. You might know them as Zeus, Athena, Isis, Osiris, and so forth. The gods of old. Those of Greek, Roman, Egyptian “mythology.” At that time, the Archangels, the great watchers over all of us, were not as powerful as they are now. Let me rephrase. They were as strong as ever, but they were divided for reasons unknown and together they are their strongest."

Forever in the Past and Forever in the Future

Forever in the Past and Forever in the Future

After a moment, she turns the screen toward me, “The word itself means wild or savage, but in Greek mythology, there was a Gigantes created to fight the Olympian gods during the Giant War, named Agrios. He was supposed to replace the Moirai, who are more commonly known as The Fates. It never came to be because someone killed Agrios during the war. “Okay. I will look into the definition side, you look further into the mythology side. Look for any covens or witch subcultures that somehow identify with the Gigante or maybe even the Fates.,” I write some notes on my notepad, “Bronx has restricted the fifth floor today, so no getting into his library.” “I can make do, Beta. Mind if I sit at the c

I am SO glad that I read this story/book!!! It was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish!! Such a great storyline & plot, and especially characters!! SO sad that some important characters died at the end, but I know it wasn’t Kas’s fault!! I felt “every” emotion known to man while reading it!!!

Just finished “Forever in the past and forever in the future” for the second time. Loved it as much as the first time! Kas/Lex & Bronx/Saint are great, their dynamics are wonderful. The supporting characters are amazing and a great compliment to the mains. So excited to continue on with the sequel.

Greek Alphas

Greek Alphas

In the beginning, the Gods ruled the world up high on Mount Olympus. They were the Greek gods that everyone knew, loved, and feared. Zeus was the all-powerful king of the Gods, the one that tamed, ended, the titans including his father. He was the most loved and feared. When he was angry, he would throw lightning bolt just to calm himself down. Hera, his queen, was always by his side. Her beauty was unrivaled. She was by far the calmer of the two but had a dislike of the mortals due to Zeus’ philandering ways. The two of them often looked down on the mortals. Each having their own thoughts about how they lived. Zeus with amusement and Hera with contempt.

Hidden By The Gods (Book #2 of Silver Moon Series)

Hidden By The Gods (Book #2 of Silver Moon Series)

I heard them mention something about making sure that the child would be a girl, and I knew which god they were targeting. “We have to tell Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades. They need to know what is happening and who they are targeting.” I tell Dimitri. “I know. I say we go tomorrow and talk to them.” He replies. While none of the gods was happy that Athena and Aphrodite created a whole menagerie of animals, they actually liked our pack and us. I think that we had sworn allegiance to them and promised to protect Aphrodite, who we called the moon goddess, which helped a lot.

His Mate: The Dragon King

“Tell me about the gods and goddesses, Alaric.” “Well, there were twelve gods and goddesses, I killed three and you killed one, leaving them with eight. There is Ramiel, god of thunder, Haziah, god of Ice, Selene, goddess of Love, Azura, goddess of water, Hades, god of the underworld, Alinta, goddess of flame, Aron, god of Hate and Noel, god of Earth.”

A WEAK SLAVE

A WEAK SLAVE

His voice was distant, as if he were putting together a puzzle in his mind. - AND...? — Aspen expressed the question that was also in my head. — In Greek mythology, Rhea and Cronnos are the Titans who created the world. They are the parents of the gods Zeus, Hades and Poseidon. They were husband and wife. — Remus explained. My eyes widened in surprise. — You mean Chloe and Aaron are…. — Aspen asked, excited. — It's just a theory, but it is known that wolves can only mate with another whose wolf name connects with theirs in Greek mythology.

Persephone: Leonidas' Domina

Persephone: Leonidas' Domina

Leonidas asked as calmly as he could. "A hidden mountain," Loukas said, then pursed his lips. "The temple of the three virginal goddesses that was given to them by Apollo. He is the only one that knows where it is and at the moment, no one knows where he is so we are safe from both humans and Ares' wrath." "Excuse me?" The three virginal goddesses. Artemis, the goddess of the hunt and the moon. Athena, the goddess of Wisdom.

For bitter or worse

For bitter or worse

The houses around me are getting bigger and more luxurious the more we ride up the mountain. Right before we reach the summit, Hermes steers Agape into a road that turns left. “You are meeting Hecate, Selene and Nix at Nix’ place, but I can’t follow you on the last road to Nix’ house. She banned me from the entire street after our last party. You take the next road to your right and keep riding until you see a silver and black gate, it’ll swing open when you approach. Agafya will wait for you until you are finished here and she will find me when you want to go home.” Hermes says, riding off into the sunset and throwing a kiss over his shoulder, leaving me guessing in who Nix and Hecate are.

Mga Madalas Itanong

Zeus always comes to mind first when talking about raw power in Greek myths, but it's not just about lightning bolts and throne-sitting. The dude had to overthrow the Titans first, which was no small feat—imagine battling your own dad (Cronus) and winning! What fascinates me more, though, is how his power isn't absolute. Even he couldn’t escape prophecies (thanks, Moirai) or fully control his siblings like Hades or Poseidon. They each ruled their domains with near equal autonomy. Plus, let’s not forget Athena outsmarted him more than once. So yeah, Zeus is top dog, but Greek mythology loves reminding us that even gods have limits.

And then there’s Nyx, the primordial goddess of night. She’s older than Zeus and so terrifying even he avoided crossing her. In one story, Zeus backs down from punishing her son Hypnos because he’s scared of her wrath. That says a lot! Power isn’t always about who can throw the biggest tantrum—sometimes it’s about ancient, quiet authority that even the king of Olympus respects.
