Inside the stable, a sense of calm prevailed. Hay bales were neatly stacked, and the scent of hay and horse mingled in the air. But what drew my attention was a magnificent black horse, its coat shimmering in the soft light. Before I could react, a thunderous sound filled the air. My heart raced as a large black horse burst forth from the stable, its hooves pounding against the ground with a powerful rhythm. A man, atop the horse, guided it expertly, his presence commanding. I stumbled back, overwhelmed by the sight of the charging horse. My hand slipped from Mason's grasp as I instinctively closed my eyes, shielding myself from the force with which the horse seemed to be racing towards us.

They are much larger than I expected, and I am a little afraid. As I silently watch them, the largest horse turns to look at me. It is massive and black. Completely black. He looks like a horse befitting of Lucifer himself. Much to my surprise, the black horse trots over to me. He snorts loudly, and I step back from the fence, but it's not far enough. He puts his great head over the fence and sniffs my hair. My eyes are closed tightly but the horse doesn't seem to mean me any harm. Opening one eye, I look up at the mighty horse. His pitch-black eyes are looking at me as if he knows me.

We arrived at a stable next and I gasped at the beauty of the horses, a particular brown Mare caught my attention. I reached out and stroked her fur, the horse neighed softly and relaxed in my hand. I smiled at the stable manager, he smiled back. “Does nobody ride these horses?” I asked the young boy who looked less than 20. “His Highness rides the horse from time to time. Shimer is his horse, the pure black breed at the extreme.” He pointed towards it. I nodded and turned and sure enough, a majestic black horse was at the extreme, it was in its own world nibbling on the carrots. It paid us no attention. I smiled, “Like owner, like horse.”

Black had been a gift from his Mother when he turned fifteen and ultimately mastered the art of swordsmanship; his Father finally awarded him a nod of acknowledgement. She was a beautiful, black mare that had adored him as much as his Mother did, for a little over twelve years. Sadly, she had been injured on one of their many outings and couldn't overcome it. He would miss her, that was certain, but he had no time mooning over a horse as though lovelorn. Alexander would never let him hear the last of it.

The closer we get I notice the horses are already tacked up. "Dyl? Tell me I'm not the only one who has never gotten on a horse before." I say starting to feel kinda scared. "I wish I could but don't worry about it.. You'll be fine." He says. We get to the horses and Jason enters the stables to greet the foreman and to tell him we've taken the horses, while Dyl and Esmy try assure me . They don't realise that they're only freaking me out more. Jason comes back in no time and Dyl and Esmy get on the horses, Jason tells me to get on the beautiful black beauty whose name I'm told is Gypsy and apparently the most humble horse they have.

In the curses of rage, the knights pulled the reins strongly and forced their horses to stand up again. The bold tattooed giant man's face changed. Because he was shocked to find that his half-demon horse Black Wind Beast performed abnormally unexpectedly. It was very frightened. If it weren't for his quick response, maybe he would make a fool of himself. It was known that this half-demon horse, Black Wind Beast, was almost classified as the ominous beast and it was very fierce. As the common horse came close to this half-demon horse, the common horse would become frightened with fear. But why the half-demon horse was frightened to behave so badly by other horse's neigh, it was because...

“Nothing more.” The stables sat at the far end of the zoo, away from the main paths. Only four horses right now, but Midnight was the one that always caught her attention. He was a big black Friesian cross, seventeen hands easy, with a temper that made most keepers nervous. Beautiful animal, but man, unpredictable. He’d kicked a gate once when a new guy tried to rush him.

I looked for him when I went down. “He’s in the stable.” Linden knew I was looking for Cenric. “Thanks!” I could see the stable from where I stood in the foyer. My excitement took the best of me. I sprinted toward the stable. Cenric was talking to the caretaker when I arrived.“Babe, meet your horse.” He was holding the rope of the most beautiful black horse I’d ever seen. Arabian. I opened my mouth to say something, but I just ended up staring at the horse. I touched his mane, down to its body. It was already attached to the saddle. I climbed up, and the horse did not even move.

he said with a small smile on his face that immediately faded once he saw my facial expression. "No I meant, I wanted to offer you a job, now that I heard you've been fired it's just right timing" he blurted out quickly and nervously , playing with the end of his blazer, boring holed into the side walk. His hand went into his blazer and he pulled out a white card, handing it over to me and I hesitantly took it. My eyes fell on the words "BLACK EMPIRE" written boldly in gold cursive.
